The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice for my PC build ang budget ko po kasi is around 25-30k lang po and ang kailangan ko po is work station na PC which is more on engineering apps like cad, sketchup and for rendering na po. Kung pede din po sana e yung future proof na. Sana po yung smooth na at the same time yung kaya yung ultra settings ng games like PUBG and other games. Thank you so much po.

yung 25-30k excluded na po dun yung monitor keyboard etc. yung mga essentials lang po for building a rig

for competitive gaming like pubg csgo
with 27" 144hz gaming monitor (ASUS VG278Q)

i guess yung only recommendation ko lang na kelangan mo palitan ay yung RAM kit. malaki improvement ng ryzen 7 sa higher ram speeds.
Corsair Dominator PT 16GB 2x8G 3000Mhz CL15 = 12k

other than that, i can only recommend na hintayin mo na lang lumabas ang ryzen 7 2700/x. siguro available na yun by 3rd or 4th week of April.

PUBG is a terribly optimized game kaya malabo ang gusto mong ultra at smooth settings dahil kelangan mo ng 1080ti para dun kulang na agad budget mo. kahit sabihin nating 1070 na lang, ubos agad budget mo. heto basic build, walang GPU at SSD muna. dagdag mo na lang kung may budget ka na.
for CAD rendering naman, well, autocad barely uses more than 2 cores naman unless nag-render ka na with lighting and materials. sketchup, nakikinabang din sa maraming cores during rendering. di nila gaanong kailangan ng GPU unless mag-real time render ka.

i could only recommend one over the other. yung gusto mong specs or kung ano kasya sa budget mo
since may sample naman sa taas, HDD na lang kelangan mo palitan.

btw balak ko sana isabay un ram bilhin (pde naman sya ilagay sa bag) kaso habang bumibili ako kanina, di ko alam kung 2400mhz un hyperx na bibilhin ko kase walang nakasulat kung 2400 or ano, sticker lang.

paano malalaman kung 2400mhz un bibilhin ko?

tska mga master, pasuggest naman ng rgb fan na may control na (hub), 1,300 nacanvass ko kanina. pack of 3 na sya. omega brand. may orbis din kaso walang stock ng may hub.

wala. mahal ng gsync monitors. on average, +$200 sya sa freesync equivalent nya with the same specs. that's just one of the premiums your have to pay if you go with nvidia.
