I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

1. Pede pa po ba yung specs ko sa gigabyte mobo? Anu onboard V ng giga? Parehas lng po b solid caps ng emaxx 785 at giga?

or
2x2gb ddr3-1333 pc3-10600 Geil php 1130
or
yung 1pc 4gb ng gskill -php 2120

mostly for gaming, ung pwede mag play ng mga high-end games with no lags, kahit mid or high settings.. salamat po.

estimate specs tol, wla akong pricelist na hawak eh.

20100 ang estimate price, sensya na tol, you'll need to get pcx's price list. Hehehe, la ako kopya dito eh, di ko din maaccess website nila currently. maya siguro.

Notice ko lang... T_T masmabilis ung E7300 ko na 1300Mhz FSB + 3.25Ghz kaysa sa Intel Core i5 - 450M @ 2.4Ghz ko sa gaming... Hahaha! :P Magpapalit siguro ako ng board by the end of march, para makagamit ako DDR3.

Meron na akong LED Monitor, hard drives, UPS, Speaker, Mouse, and keyboard. Bali may nakita po kasi ako dun sa PCexpress, ito ang type ko bilhin.

Motherboard: ASUS P7H55-M ~ 5,000.00
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 (3.1G) 6mb 32nm ~ 9,000.00

Ask ko sana kung ano ang maiadvice mo na video card, tsaka magandang CPU fan, at power supply na rin.. Yung hindi po masyadong kamahalan. Mga 20k below ang budget ko. Pang internet po, programming, at nood ng videos na rin. Hindi naman ako gamer pero okie sana kung gagana sa mga games like L4D, WarHammer, or Call of Duty B.O.

sir, walang solid capacitor ang processors. Only the mainboards and similar boards lang ang merong capacitors. processor po ay composed of integrated circuits and transistors where are made by silicon (AMD) or/and copper (INTEL).

makikita mo naman kung nakasolid capacitor ang mainboard sa picture palang nito. Makikita mo ay kulay "silver" na may label either "blue" or "red" like this.. see attachment

--yes sir compatible po yung specs mo dun sa gigabyte, mas ok sir ang mga caps. ng gigabyte Japanese Solid Capacitors kaya mas mahal ito kesa sa emaxx at asrock.

eto sir yung backpanel nya, with dvi+hdmi connectors supports full hd 1080p, kaya ok din ang on board vc.

-- sir hindi po 4gb yang kingston at geil single 2gb lang yan kung 4gb dun nako sa gskill! ganun din susumahin yan sir 2k mahigit din kung kukunin mo yung 4gb ng kington at geil.

-- try cooler master and deep cool fans sir! di naman lalagpas ng 600 petot yan.

ganun talaga sir, karamihan sa mga products ngayun kapag mas mahal mas maganda pero di naman lahat ganun meron pa ring tinatawag ng budget wise pero andun pa rin yung quality..

ah yun ba sir, kasi yung casing na recommend ko kay Kai CM elite na kaya ang 7 fans pero dun sa emaxx 3slots lang ang fans 2 fans para dun sa rear and front + 1 dun sa Cpu heatsink fan naman. yung mga latest mobo ngayun daming slots ng fan halos nakapalibot sa mobo.

about naman sayu sir, depende sa casing kasi yan kung anu mga sizes ang pwede natin ilagay, pero usually ang common eh 120mm sa rear, 120mm or 2pcs 80mm sa Front sa side panel naman 120mm or 80mm. yung mga new cases ngayun meron na rin sa Top at Bottom.

@kevin, ser salamat po sa pag-explain ng s0lid capacit0r at pag-attach ng image! gan0n pala un s0lid pla sya kapag nakablue or red, para syang salkapan ng bala ng family c0mputer na dapat blue o red para masabing s0lid capacitor ang m0bo. hehe.

@mrleix, ser tan0ng lang po, ano itsura ng fan na nkalagay sa cpu heatsin at m0bo, elisi din ba un??? Kasi tumitingin-tingin ako sa mga mall ng m0bo kapag namamasyal kaso wala naman ak0ng nakikitang elisi na nakalagay sa m0bo???


--> at pano po ba malalaman kung ilang fan ang supp0rted ng m0bo??? San un makikita kapag pipili na tayo m0bo sa mga st0re???

heatsink ba hanap mo sir? maraming magagandang Air COOLING/Water Cooling para sa CPU.. Yung nakikita mong fan sa processor, heatsink fan ang tawag dun or I should say it as Air cooling.

mga sir meron akong tanong:

27k ang budget ko mainly for gaming ang gmit ko all in po yan (cpu, monitor, etc.)

need ko malaro ang COD:BO kahit ndi full detail

should i go with a high end card mid MoBo or high end MoBo mid card?

sa processor anu rekomend nyo mga ser?

Budget 50K-55K.

Ask ko na rin po kung ano po ba need na mataas sa video editing, graphic card po ba or memory or cpu?

yes sir, usually bilog ang heatsink ng cpu at yung nasa ibabaw non yung fan nya, yung water cooling yan yung aftermarket coolers na ginagamit ng mga enthusiast sa overclocking yan yung may mga tube na naka rekta sa cpu.

sir, anong gusto ninyo sa Intel? 2nd generation ng Intel processor (sandybridge) or 1st generation processors ng intel?

Sa AMD sir, magandang specs din ang mabibigay ko tutal high end ang kalalabasan nyan.

pag Intel sir, Bibigay ko sayo sir yung specs ng new build ko (Intel Sandybridge <<< chipset issue kaya hindi ko ginagamit) at yung specs ng pinsan ko (Intel 1st generation processor). Both 50k+ spent. BEST for gaming and animation/multimedia.
