I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Ano po buh maganda at stable ngaun na latest mobo ng Asrock at Asus?

Its on preference. Its on how you use your rig. AND also its on luck. Brand preference these days are not necessarily since all motherboard that are 5k above are in good shape and reliable.

mas maganda sana kung ASUS yung mobo .. pede din iba basta mga 5k below ...

always go for the i5-2500k. Its the processor that even a child can overclock. Its as easy as 1..2..3.. poof!

For the pci-e 2.0 and 3.0, wala masyado improvement on bandwidth. Maybe 2-3fps but nonetheless its a small improvement.

If you really are going for a 2500k, make sure motherboard has 8pin and vrams are 8+2. A 5k lower motherboard is not enough. Pero Asrock came in cheap but gain in performance and reliability.

Extreme gaming poh xa gagamitin.
Future proof poh.

50k poh ang bugdet sama na ung MoBo.

CPU lang, meron na kasi monitor dito sa bahay at matino pa naman performance neto...

Type of Rig:

• Gaming Rig BUT NOT a "high-end" gaming Rig and at the same time;
• Office Type Rig BUT NOT a "high-end" office type rig, yung hindi lang mabagal lalo na pagdating sa Graphics and Performance.

Type of Game:

FlyFF lang nilalaro dito sa bahay eh.

Preference in Gaming:

A balance between Quality & Performance. Pero habol ko maka open man lang ako ng 3 Clients.

For Office:

Yung malaki ang space ng HDD, marami kasi kami ni i-Install. At ung hindi talaga nagkakaroon ng graphics lag pag nag ba-browse sa web, Ito kasing PC namin now eh ma lag sya lalo na pag maraming flash content sa isang web site.

upgrade mo lang HDD, why 2nd hand/RMA HDD? kasi mahal ang brand new kaya hintayin na lang natin bumalik sa dati ang presyo nito.. hopefully this feb maging ok na..

may monitor ka na kaya keyboard, mouse at avr na lang kulang..

1st: PSU upgrade. Your psu is not True Rated. Never heard of good feedbacks on IceMan.
2nd: You can upgrade your processor to x3. You can sell your current procie ng 2000 pesos. then add 1000 pesos for an x3.
(x3 are unlock-able to x4)
3rd: 2gb is not enough for multitasking and current games. If you upgrade your 2gb chances are mas mahal pa ang 2gb ddr2 kaysa sa 2x2gb ddr3. Its your call, if you want to spend 2gb.
4th: Your graphics card can handle pa most games. But if you upgrade your card, dapat iupgrade mo na din ang PSU mo.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS
Put the 6pin external power on video card. If you wont, your motherboard and your graphics will be toasted. Why? 6pin is another 65w power coming from PSU. PCI-E x16 is only 65w. 6790 needs atleast 150w. So kulang ang power sa PCI-E.
For graphics card fan manual control : USE MSI Afterburner. Take Note: kahit hindi MSI gamit mo. aandar pa din.

Side note: Use True rated PSU. Malakas kumaen ng kuryente ang 6790 compare on 6850.

You cant have a gaming rig on 15k budget. Im sorry. Yung binigay mong qoute are for dummies. That build are from the shops na naninira ng credibility.
PLEASE dont buy package. Why? PSU is generic. For sure ram too. For sure low end motherboard bibigay pero mid end graphics card. Thats insane.

15k build, i think Llano is best suited in you.
