[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Boss anu po kaya magandang processor para sa pc ko? 8k po budget. Sana po quadcore 3Ghz+ kase gusto ko mabilis emulator ng android sa pc ko.

At magkano po kaya magagastos ko kung dagdag ako ng 4gig na RAM? San Pablo, Laguna area po ako :thanks:

hello po sir janzzon at sa mga iba, gusto ko po bumile ng desktop , pang gaming po kaya po mag high resulution tulad ng star wars old republic, SWTOR.com po paki check nalang po tapos terra online po high resulution po. at pede rin po ako mag window mode sa laro if my option tapos habang naka window mode ung laro po pede ako manood ng movie na hinde po sya nag lalag. tapos pede parin po makasabay ung bibilhin ko na pc after 2years. budget ko po 25k to 30k hardcore gamer po kasi ako hehehe salamat po.

patulong po mobo ko is ECS G31T-M7 at vga ko is intel g33/g31 ang hina pagdating sa gaming gusto ko makalaro ng mga magagandang games with consistent play less lag. patulong naman kung anung vga dapat at yung psu na dapat po bilhin at price po nito. 2gb lng po ang ram q at sana din sa 2k12 din po cmpatible at mid range setings salamat po talaga sa tulong mga master.. aoc lang po monitor ko. ano bang magandang video card para sa mobo ko? para makalaro ako ng games na gusto ko.

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz 2.70GHz
RAM: 2.00 GB
System type: 32-BIT OS

Give the best video card compatible sa mobo ko po, any price. pag iipunan ko nalang :help:

8k para sa processor lang? 4GB single stick ram usually nasa P900

im planning to buy customized cpu with below specs, pa check naman yung compatibility:

ill use this mostly for gaming, pero d ako sure kung kaya nito ang level ng The Witcher or BF, but basically maglalaro lang ako ng League of Legends online:

Budget po sana is 20k tops, ill be excluding the monitor and cd/drive since gagamitin ko yung LED tv ko with HDMI input:

Processor: Intel Core i3 2120 3.3 Ghz 3MB LGA 1155
Motherboard: Asus P8H61M-LE USB3 Intel H61/DDR3 (Asus P8H61-M LX3 H61/DDR3/HDMI is cheaper pero d ko alam if anu mas maganda)
RAM: Kingston 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 1333 (may nakita ako with SODIMM im not sure kung anu advantage)
Video Card: Powercolor HD6770 1GB DDR5 128bit (im planning to use HD 6850 if papasok pa sa budget, also i need HDMI option)

Hard Drive: 500GB SATA (but i have from my damaged laptop, HP DV4 Pavilion so im thinking kung pwede pa ba gamitin yun)
Optical Drive: None (to reduce cost for now [?], but im planning to install this in the future)

AVR: No idea, possibly pinakamura with quality :lol:

Keyboard: Yes
Mouse: No
Speakers: No
Casing/PSU: Yes

Hi sir janzz ako ulit. Hindi ko nabili ung i3 suggestion mo sakin dati may nauna kasing mas importante. Nag back read ako ulit tapos eto po ung na come up ko na build na swak sa 15k budget ko excluding GPU and monitor muna.

RAM: G.Skill RipJaws (Dual) 2x2gb ddr3 1600 PHP: 2100 (4gb po ba to di ko kasi alam?)
HDD: Western Digital 500 gb 7200 sata3 blue PHP: 2665 (sa enigma pricelist)
PSU: FSP HEXA 500watts 80PLUS PHP: 2100 (ginaya ko lang ung sa ibang build)
Case: COOLERMASTER ELITE 431 PLUS PHP: 2120(enigma pricelist po) wala din po ako idea dito

total: 17034

Kala ko kc dun GTX690 is the fastest then followed by GTX590, 680, HD6990, HD7970GHz Ed., then GTX670 and HD7970, saka pa lang po HD7950 :noidea:

The article is Best Card for the Money pero ung hierarchy ung guide sa performance.

7950 > GTX 670 > HD 7970

7950 is greater than GTX 670 but GTX 670 is greater than HD7970?

Baliktad yata po kc? But yes GTX670 is faster than HD7970 for me

Hanap ka ng i5 na Sandy Bridge kung meron pa, 2320 or yung 2400 models.

4GB yung ram tska ang mahal naman nyan hehe. Everything else is okay pero wala ako idea sa PSU model so neutral ako dyan but HEC is a decent OEM.
