I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

sir tanong kulang po okay lang ba ito na spec para budget gaming pc. kasi gusto ng parents ko mag tayo ng internet cafe tapos ito lang yung na suggest ko sa kanila kasi 15k budget nila per pc

I think this will do basta 720p monitors lang para sure na med-high settings most games.

pang pabilis ng video rendering,. yang 8128mb mong internal video, RAM based lang yan..

dagdag ka din ng HDD.. mabilis po yung ssd mo pero malabong kayanin nya mga files ng AE or kung ano mang gamit mong pag edit..

ok tong build na to sir, pero dapat mong malaman na ang gta V ay cpu bound game, sobrang lakas kumain ng cpu usage nito so mahihirapan tong dualcore na build mo, kung kaya mo gawin i3-6100 sir mas maganda, kahit dualcore lang ang i3 ay meron naman syang hyper threading, nakikita sya ng game as quadcore parang ganun, or ipon ka na lang konti tapos rekta i5 mo na para smooth gaming na

sisimulan ko ng buohin yung NAS na plano ko na mahigit 1 year na

Same chipset lang yan kaya most features pareho. Check mo na lang yung mismong manufacturer's site para maverify yung difference.

idk what your desktop is for but...

its upgradeable and the parts are still available for sale but i think its better to just build a new one since you have 20k. you could salvage your hdd since its 7.2krpm. maybe even your chassis and psu if you could mention it.

if you just want to upgrade, you could add an entry level gpu like r7 360, another ram and an ssd provided your psu could feed it. good enough to wait for next gen of cpu.

tingin nyo may zen na nun or competitive na ulit ang amd at intel... hehehe napaka advance ng tanong ko.. tanong lng naman in ur perspective views...

from what ive read, the projected performance of zen is somewhat close to an old gen of intel. i cant remember which one though. so dont keep your hopes up if youre targeting enthusiast level. mid range might be where the battle will be. im guessing it will compete against an i5. but remember that intel is an israel technology. those bastards are the smartest in the world.
