Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Ask lang po ulit. Napag basa basa ko po sa internet na hindi pala maganda yung PSU ko which is xtreme 2 525 (Cooler Master). Ano po kaya yung PSU na maganda at hindi masakit sa bulsa? Natatakot po kasi ako baka kung sakali masira lang yung bibilhin ko GPU.

sa budget mo na 3250, I would highly recommend a Seasonic S12 620 = 3150
pero hindi modular yan... yung modular:
M12 520 = 3290
M12 620 = 3750
G550 = 3850 (tier 1)

base sa parts list mo, kaya na yan kahit ng 520w lang. gamit ko yung m12 520 and it has already powered an R9 290 and a GTX 980 ti which much more power hungry than your 1060 mini

Ok paps. Medyo leaning towards ako sa M12 520, since newbie lang ako at ako lnag talaga mag iinstall parang mas trip ko modular para onti lang yung hanging cables. Also for the meantime could I possibly use my current PSU or should I just wait for both just to be safe? Masyado lang po ba akong paranoid? hahaha

Ok paps. Medyo leaning towards ako sa M12 520, since newbie lang ako at ako lnag talaga mag iinstall parang mas trip ko modular para onti lang yung hanging cables. Also for the meantime could I possibly use my current PSU or should I just wait for both just to be safe? Masyado lang po ba akong paranoid? hahaha

Pinaliwanag ko na kaya ng 520w yung specs mo ah I have a much more powerful system pero kaya kahit 90% load
Baka nasa around 300w lang System load mo.
And yes, kaya pa ng psu mo yan. Since bronze rated yan, may 12v rail yan and you are only at around 60% peak power usage which is still efficient

Compatible po ba ang ddr3 1866mhz sa i3 4170 then yung mobo ko gigabyte h81m sp2h..thanks po sa sasagot ksi nakalagay hanggang 1600mhz lang pde sa mobo ko.

gipit ang budget mo for a complete system... i could recommend a SSD upgrade for your OS for more responsiveness (+3k 240gb)
pwede ka rin maghunt ng i5 or i7 na compatible sa mobo mo. i7 2700k, 2600k, 2600; i5 2550k, 2500k, 2500... you might be able to score an i5 for +3k and an i7 for around 6~7k
kung papalit ka kasi para sa bagong generation, ang mapapakinabangan mo na lang dyan sa current system mo ay yung GPU, HDD, case(?), psu(?)

if you won't overclock, nope
siguro mga 1~3fps difference on base clock... after overclocking to around 4.7-5ghz, yan... mga lagpas 10fps na siguro ang lamang
though kung mag-7600k ka, di ka rin makakapag-overclock sa motherboard na pinili mo.... atsaka kelangan mo bumili ng cpu cooler kasi walang kasamang stock fan ang mga "K" cpu

ok po, so stick nalang ako sa 7600, kala ko kasi ganun ka significant ang diperensya ng base clock nila eh, almost 1k din ang tipid ko sa 7600

hindi lang 1k... dagdag mo pa cost ng decent cpu cooler sa matitipid mo
pero its still advisable to buy at least a CM hyper 212 para bumaba ang cpu temps mo ng around 30°C compared against the stock fan

1.8k din po yung cooler na yan sir ah...

tingin ka ng mga tecware na case. mura sila at yung design maganda naman base sa nzxt, corsair, fractal, etc... check their site https://www.tecware.asia/

yang ang cpu cooler na yan highly recommended na air cooler for the price. next to that, either go for an AIO water cooler or a Noctua NHD15
pero pwede mo naman pagtyagaan muna ang stock cooler at saka mo na lang i-upgrade pag may budget ka na
medyo nakakatakot din yung 92°C na cpu temps

awts, siguro naman sir mauuna sumipa yung thermal protection nung CPU bago magka-irreversible damage ang system? kasi pag nagkataon, pagtiyagaan ko muna potato case ko para unahin ang cooler

yes... it will thermal throttle... marami namang safety precautions ang mga processor ngayon... pero ayaw ko lang ng ganun
ok sa pchub... cash transactions nga lang talaga mga promo nila... tapos like ka lang sa fb page nila para maka-avail ka ng mga discounts
laki ng patong nila sa credit card transactions
