I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

You won't really notice a difference in using CL14 and CL16 unless you game in 144p or 4K and it offers very little add on FPS. The extra money spent is not worth it at 1080p and with the inflated RAM prices at the moment.

For your build, Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB Dual DDR4 2400 is better. Quite expensive though (PHP5,950.00 at DQ) but at least you have a good memory. You can also opt for Single Channel and then buy another Single Channel 8GB RAM in the future if you have the budget. You may want to check PCHub also since they are the only two that offers the cheapest RAM on the market.

RAM prices are so ridiculous right now no thanks to these smartphones. I purchased the same RAM last July for 7K and it's a 16GB Dual Channel already.

Oo nga parang ang mahal ng RAM ngayon. I'll check DynaQuest sir may malapit lang dito yung sa ortigas na branch. Baka dumaan na din ako PChub this week para bumili ng parts check ko din prices nila dun.

kalasin mo muna both ram sticks, tanggalin ang PSU sa wall outlet at patayin ang switch ng PSU (basta )
hintay ng around 10~30mins
saksak muna isang RAM, balik ang pagkakasaksak, paandarin PSU, at paandarin ulit ang PC.
subukan rin lumipat ng wall outlet na pinagkakasaksakan ng PC.
kung ayaw pa rin, ulitin ang steps above, tapos try mo yung isang RAM stick naman.

nagpalit kasi ako PSU napagana ko naman sya pero ung PSU nung una. parang nag tick nalang sya. di na nagana. pero nailaw ang motherboard pag naka plug sya? ano kaya possible issue non? and pano maresolve. kinalas ko kasi lahat kaya na identify ko na PSU may tama. di sya nagtutuloy mag open.

need info about your existing case and psu. baka di magkasya sa case ang parts or baka di kaya ng PSU mo ang load (or panget ang quality)
pero heto rough estimate:
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 = 5600
Mobo: Asrock AB350M Pro4 = 4700

SSD: Western Digital Green 120gb = 2900

Salamat sir themonyo.. Videocard nalang kulang talaga 6,500 lang kasi maximum budget ko.. May palit 1050ti kaso nasa 7,500 eh ang presyo.. Merun pala galax 1050 2gb 5,550.. Ok kaya ito?

Hi mga sir, I need help po on replacing parts of my system unit. For office purposes kasi siya gagawin ko sanang pang mid gaming pc for Dota 2. Super newbie po ako sa ganito kaya baka may mga maling parts ako na malagay sa maling category paki correct nalang po. Thanks

MoBo: DH67CL (I'm not sure kung yan nga un pero nung tinignan ko CPU-Z yan yung model)
GPU: Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB ROG STRIX Video Card (Planning to buy this GPU if wala namang issue)
RAM: Corsair - Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (Planning to buy this RAM if wala namang issue)

you have a decently specced PC.
RAM: better upgrade your UEFI/BIOS to the latest version para sigurado. hanap ka dito ng model ng RAM na pwede sa mobo mo: intel's site or Tom's Hardware
PSU: siguro mga 600w na true-rated PSU dahil medyo malakas pa sa konsumo ang CPU mo. sa US ka ba oorder or sa pinas? meron dun na murang EVGA PSU. you go for either bronze or gold rated. pwede ring platinum or titanium rated pero masyado ng mahal other brands to consider, Delta, Superflower, Seasonic. Pwede rin Corsair na hindi V series.
SSD: dagdag ka for boot drive. samsung 850 evo the best. go for either 250gb or 500gb depende sa budget mo. pwede rin ibang brand. any SSD is still way faster than any mechanical HDD.

bakit? kung gaming, hindi significant ang performance gain mo even if you have a decent GPU. you may gain better low fps averages pero the G4560 is still the budget king. kung meron kang mga programs na makikinabang siguro sa true physical cores ng AMD against intel's 2c/4t setup, you won't see any major performance boost

video and photo editing needs a lot of cores. with your budget, mas magandang option ang Ryzen. the older generation of intel is dead against ryzen naman tapos dead end na rin dahil wala ng CPU upgrade. ang mahal naman ng mobo ng 8th gen if you can wait for another month or 2, baka maglabasan na ang mga murang 8th gen mobo. mas pabor sa bagong i5 yun na may 6 cores.
heto 7th gen na walang GPU:
CPU: i5 7500 = 9990
Mobo: Asrock B250M Pro4 = 4300
RAM: Gskill 8GB 8GBx1 DDR4 2400 C15 = 4650
PSU: Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze = 2850
SSD: WD Green 120GB Sata = 2900
HDD: WD Blue 1tb = 2350

note: prices are from dynaquest's website.
kung willing kang chop-chop from other shops, may murang B250 mobo si pcx na round 2800. 2 nga lang DIMM slots. nasa 3800 naman ang pinakamurang b250 ni dynaquest. pwede rin evga 450bv or 500bv na psu si pchub na mas mura sa seasonic.
