[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Sir, okay ba pang render ng 3d like sa sketchup or lumion yung ryzen 5 2400g?

Additional lang sir, kung mag 2400g ako ngayon then pagipunan ko yung dedicated gpu, okay lang ba yun? I know di na magagamit yung igpu ng 2400g, I mean okay pa bang pang 3d, autocad, lumion yung 2400g na proc? Thanks

not sure kung okay dhil wala me exp dyan sa autocad at lumion..
pero sure ako na kahit pano mkakalaro ng low-mid 720p or 1080p sa Ryzen 5 2400g,
btw ang iGPU nya ay halos kasing lakas ng GT 1030.

yes. ok naman sya sa pang-render kasi you'll have 4cores/8 threads for rendering. kung real time rendering kelangan mo, you'll need a decent GPU. hindi pa ako nagreresearch sa performance ng ryzen G series performance for real time rendering kaya I can't comment on that :noidea:

pwede naman... actually kahit stock lang, wala naman issue since low power lang naman ang g4560 and should not throttle on maximum pc load... unless of course walang airflow yung case mo :panic:

kung pang-office lang and yung usage ng PC mo ay hindi naman related sa mga real time 3d rendering or any graphics intensive usage, very capable ang i3 8100 :thumbsup:

hello mga sir, hirap parin mag decide sa pagbuo. Ryzen 5 2400g or intel na i3 or i5 8th gen ung pinagpipilian ko. May idea napo ako sa Ryzen 5 kaso ung sa intel nahihirapan po ako ano po ba mga ok na mobo. More on gaming po sana purpose. Ano po ba mas ok? kasi plan ko is follow up nalang po yung gpu ko since baka kapusin budget. Pa-help naman po. Salamat po! :noidea:

Hi mga master pc builders. Papaadvise lang sana ako. I am planning to upgrade kasi especially my graphics card. Papasuggest lang sana yung kaya ng psu ko and di magbabottleneck sa current setup ko. Pati na rin monitor na swak sa budget, 24 inch sana, 18.5 aoc monitor lang kasi tong gamit ko ngayon.

Current setup:
CPU: Intel i5-4570
HSF: Coolermaster Hyper Led Turbo (dati akong naka overclocked intel pentium g3258 kaya binili ko to)
MOBO: MSI h81m-p33
RAM: 8GB kingston hyperx blu
PSU: Cougar SL600 600W ATX
SSD: Kingston 120GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB, WD 500 GB
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 250x 1GB GDDR5

Kapag sinagad ko ba ng GTX 1060 GB GDDR5 sir bottleneck ba sa cpu ko yun?

i-watch mo na lng e2 vid: (IMO kung mag-GTX 1060 3GB ka i-set mo lang sa 1080p med-high dhil 3GB lang vram.
pero kung gus2 mo halos same setup mag-Palit GTX 1060 Jetstream 6gb ₱17,950

i really don't want to recommend buying brand new gtx 10 series right now with those prices :no:

problem is, we have very little choice kung gusto mong bumuo ng rig this time of the year :sigh:

recent news/rumors i've read/watched about new gpu releases might still be March~May 2019 pa :weep:

So, if planning ka to build, pinaka the best is June next year pa sir no? Tagal pa pala. Although bumababa naman ang price ng mga gpus ngayon diba?
