Good day po sa inyo. I just want to ask regarding sa pagregister ng business and ng mga empleyado namin sa SSS and the like.

Pinuntahan po kasi kami ng SSS sa aming shop. Ang shop namin is Bicycle and Motorcycle parts and services with only 2 employees, one as cashier and the other one as the mechanic. Nirerequire kami na iregister namin yung business sa SSS along with the employees. Naalala ko kasi may nagsabi sakin na hindi raw required pag less than 15 employees ang meron. Kailangan ko ba talaga bayaran ang mga empleyado ko para sa SSS o iregister ko lang ang business? One year na kami nagooperate and hindi ko talaga alam ang mga requirements kasi first time ko rin magventure sa business. And also ganun din ba sa Philhealth at sa PAGIBIG? TIA
 
Hi, if they are really your employees (with employer-employee relationship) then you are bound to obey the applicable labor law, as their employer you need to pay the employer's share for SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig regardless of the nature of your business and the number of employees.

It's mandatory. Actually sa PAGIBIG may marereceive ka pang letter na you need to apply all your employees.
