Hello mga ka-mobilarian, Anything about fitness try ko sagutin guys, reply lang kayo sa baba..
Im not dietician or Doktor kuno, na-gain ko lang yung knowledge na isshare ko tru experience,
and sympre pagtatanong din sa iba :)

Before kasi ako din yun tipo na patigil tigil sa pagbubuhat, in-short walang motivation.
Baka makatulong din ako sa inyo kahit papaano mga ka-mobilarian :yipee:

77kilo (Before around 80kilo, then diet, last year Sept. I was 65 then pasok sa bulking ayun 78kilo nun January 2019 :lol: )

Maski anong amino acid supplement ok naman. Kung mataba ka less carbs at kung payat ka more carbs para bulk agad. Don't forget to take rest para makarecover muscles mo hindi un everyday ka na magbubuhat. Saka kelangan mo din ng calcium at zinc.

Hello ka-mobi, gain weight ang goal mo and the same time healthy, so bulking ang goal mo ka-mobi, gym and sympre you need to eat more bro,
pag dating sa supplements, palitan mo ng MASS yan protein shake bro, yun protein shake kasi for diet sya maganda, need mo kasi ng more calories
kung papabulk ka, so kung hirap ka kumain ng mga solid foods, yun mass ang makaka tulong sayo, kasi, sympre tinitimpla lang, at inom agad hehe

paano magbawas ng timbang ng mas mabilis , sa ngayon kasi jogging lang aq tuwing umaga 28 yrs old 74 kg

tuloy mo lang ginagawa mo paps, pero sympre, sasamahan mo ng diet yan, eat healthy kumbaga, then try mo yung fasted cardio

tuloy mo lang ginagawa mo paps, pero sympre, sasamahan mo ng diet yan, eat healthy kumbaga, then try mo yung fasted cardio

recommend nyo na diet food paps yung budget meal lang po

Diet foods na budget meal, when it comes sa diet, high protein+low carbs kasi yan paps, medyo mapapagastos din talaga, kamote, egg, chicken,fish, beef okay yun, bawas sa white rice, pde dn yun brown rice tol ..

Started Gym last April, medyo nagkalaman naman,sinabayan ko din ng Serious Mass. Pahinto hnto kasi buhat ko, minsan twice a week lang.
Anu recommended pampaliit ng tyan? ahaha
di ako umiinom ng alak, walang bisyo, mahilig kumain pero di tumataba. Tumaba lang konti after mag gym.

About calisthenics, nag kalat na eto sa youtube or google paps, kinaiba lang neto sa weightlifting, calisthenics kasi ay
hindi nag rerely sa mga equipments.

Sumasakit na ang lower back, back of right thigh hanggang ankle kaya ngdecide ako mg exercise sa bahay lang gamit mga apps.

2 weeks na rin ako ngja-jogging kaso sumasakit na ang tuhod ko, normal a yun? At di pa rin mawala back pains ko.

Tsaka dirin ako nkakapaghanda ng proper meal, ok lang kaya vitamins/supplement ako? Anu reccomend mo paps?

Hingi rin ako advise sa diet, ok naman katawan ko pero malaki kasi tiyan ko, wala akong oras sa Gym eh.

Na aksidente ako pero bata p ako nun, mga 8yo. Ang kaliwang paa ko ang nadali pero ok nmn siya ngaun, yung sa kanan lang ang sumasakit.

Last na ngpatimbang ako nasa 80, cguro nasa 90 n ako.

Medyo ng gain na ako pero nababahala na ako sa foods. Puro kasi instant at prito.

Salamat nga pala.

Ako nasa 63 kilos na ako, 5'2 height. Work ko ay laging nakaupo at bihira lang gumagalaw. Paminsan minsan nag home exercise naman like basic warm-ups pero sa pagkain talaga ako medyo tumataba. Mahilig mga tao dito sa prito. Okay lang naman siguro yun basta less rice lang?

Before ka mag proceed sa diet paps, make sure na sawa kna talaga sa unhealthy lifestyle, kainin mo na lahat ng food na alam mo e mkakasagabal sa diet, pag sure kna talaga, then go.. baka kasi ma exp mo yung, 3 or 5 days then later on bigla ka mag ccrave, babalik ka ulit sa dati.. sayang yung effort!

24 years old ,female,height 4'9, weight 58KG nag ddiet ako ngayon and minsan exercise okay lang ba mag take ako ng gamot pampapayat ? sa ngayon kasi lipton green tea lang iniinom ko and kung minsan pag npakain ng madami umiinom ako nung senna pam poop pero effective sya pampaliit ng tyan tlga pero dko lagi gngwa kasi masama daw yun sabi ..

meron po ba mas safe inumin or i take na gamot salamat..
