4. Cause: Pinalitan ko lang head nya then un na naging problema. Then binalik ko ung head na tinanggal ko blank printouts na din

3. Windows cannot print on MS Word and like problems on other software when needed to print. (Driver installed correctly from CD)
4. Brand new printer, naencounter na yung error since tinry ginamit.

mga ka symbia..sorry kung hindi ko nasagot yung mga tanong nyo, nabusy lang po ang inyong lingkod sa gawain sa opesina. Pero sa ngayon pwede na po tayo ulit magkaisa para malutas ang mga problema nyo sa printer.

canon mp198. may mga lines pag nagpprint ako ng colored. nag deep clean na ako. ayaw pa din. dinala ko na sa shop, pinalitan yung cartridge ko, ganun pa din, may mga lines pa din. then, sinubukan ilagay yung gamit ko na cartridge sa ibang printer na mp198, ok naman, wala naging problem. may inadjust kasi ako before sa properties ng unit ko, inadjust ko yung color/intensity. after nun, yun na. may mga lines na. kaya ngayon, black lang ang nagagamit ko.

sir gandang tanghali pde po bang mka hingi ng sagot mo sa mga tanong about sa color problem ng EPSONL120?
hindi mka labas ng saktong kulay ng pula, anu po ang magandang gawin?

try mo muna check ung tri color cartridge mo , tignan mo ung printer head nya kung may cyan ba, gamit ka tissue paper, kung di visible ung cyan then deep cleaning mo lang yan
