Unit-Nvidia Tegra Note 7( only sold and supported by Cherry Mobile)

Issue:
Most online video streaming not playing, YouTube gives "Connection To server lost, tap to try again" error.
YouTube via any browser not playing videos.
BUT can use youtube save to offline function
Can play Youtube videos EMBEDDED into other webpages.
Occurring on both WiFi and LTE data.
Unit was able to play youtube etc only for the first 48 hours after delivery from cherry mobile..



Action done:
factory reset from settings
Factory reset wipe data from recovery
Wipe cache partition done from recovery
Uninstalled youtube updates
Uninstalled Google play service updates


Unit status:
New replacement after previous unit killed by Cherry Mobile faulty OTA

All other features, gaming, other online surfing, etc are functional.

Android 4.4.2(no intentions of lollipop or any OTA update due to previous experience)

Trouble: May signal pero nag eemergency calls only, pag may call nag riring pero hindi narereceive ng phone ko.

History: Nag change lang ako ng sim card, akala ko dahil sa signal pero ok nman pag sinaksak sa ibang phone ang mga sims.

Action taken: Nag hard reset at nag update na rin ako ng firmware ganun pa rin, may signal pero may may emergncy calls only nman.

Problem: Kusang napipindot ung bandang lower touch screen ng phone.Kaya kapg nagttype ako sa txt kusang napipindot ung mga letter, ganun din kapag sa mga application 2lad ng fb at games..
History: Nabagsak sya na nag cause ng crack sa likod ng chasing..
Action: Ni reformat ko na xa, gusto ko sana alisin ung battery kaso naka tornilio kaya ndi ko matanggal..

Pa help po, yung samsung note 8.0 ko po kasi walang mareceive na signal, sinubukan ko na rin pong palitan/ng sim wala pa rin, may nanadedetect po siyang sim card pero sa signal po wala may ''x" po siya.
Ano po dapat kong gawin??

Problem: after ko maroot ung phone ko at may nadelete ako ayun lagi na lumalabas "unfortunately android.UI has stop" parang ganyan ung lumalabas at pag ni ok ko ganun parin nalabas, tinanggal ko battery then i-ON ko ayun hanggan logo na lang sya at paulit ulit lang. Ano po dapat ko gawin mga kasymbian?
