Problem: tuwing naka salpak sa charger ayaw na gumana ng touch as in freez sya

History: kakapalit ko lang ng touchScreen nya ..

Solution: change charger pero wala padin..

before may lumalabas na kung ano ano kaya ni reset ko sya then nag bootloop na sya kaya nitry ko palitan ng firmware then now ayaw na nya mga open as in pero nag coconect sya sa pc ..

Unit/Model: Huawei Y6 Pro TIT-U02
Problem: No power
History: nagagamit ko pa ang phone ko,before ako natulog.siguro nasa 47% pa ang battery.kaya chinarge ko muna...umaga ko na tinanggal ng nag alarm ang cp ko at pinatay ko ang alarm.natulog muna ako ulit.ng pagkagising ko off na cp ko.hindi na sya mag power on.
Action Taken: long press ko power on button atleast 1 minute.try ko hard reset atleast 1 minute wala pa rin.pinacheck ko sa technician,sabi nya hindi daw madetect ang cp ko sa computer.iniisip baka hindi match ang usb cord nya kya hindi madedetect.sabi nya ok pa naman daw battery,at ang sabi change board na daw.try ko echarge sa powerbank nadedetect ang cp na nagchacharge kasi ang light indicator nya umiilaw,pero walang red light indicator sa phone ko.bago nito ang charging port ay may kunting problema na sya,medyo e slide mo kunti pra madetect ang cp.try ko echarge atleast 1 hour and power on wala pa rin.

bossing hingi ako tulong sayo kong ano gawin ko dito.sabi nila pwd daw to mareflash kong madedetect sa computer.

anung trouble: connected napod siya sa wifi pero bagal ma connect

anung history: google play service incompatible hindi ako mka update lahat ng apps


action taken: na e.try ko maghard-reset ang problema lang tagal maka connect ng wifi miski connected napud sya.

TROUBLE: Nabura ko po yung IMEI naging 00000000 na po siya. Di ko po ma open line. Sprint lock po siya.
HISTORY: Napulot sa ibang bansa at binigay sakin ng tita ko naka google lock kaya iniba ko yung IMEI.
ACTION: flinash ko na po siya kaso ganun pa din po yung imei at di po mapa openline dahil dinala ko na din po sa nag oopenline


Salamat sir kung matutulungan po ako okay lang din po kahit hindi.

UNIT: Huawei Nova 2i

TROUBLE: Nakalimutan ang PIN

HISTORY: Fingerprint scan lang ginagamit ko pang unlock sa phone most of the time, since every restart kailangan may PIN input nakalimutan ko.

ACTION TAKEN: Tried going to recovery mode, pero iba ang naglabas since EMUI siya di custom ROM. Tried ADB rin, pero disabled pala USB Debugging ko sa phone. Unrooted din pala ang phone

Possible ba ma bypass ang lockscreen na hindi mag factory reset?

And if last resort ay ang factory reset, may marecover pa ba ako using Data recovery softwares?

UNIT: samsung galaxy s4
MODEL: sph-L720 (OLD MODEL is i9505)

PROBLEM: (dating i9505 ang MODEL nya di ko alam kung bakit nagbago ang product number naging SPH-L720, nag palit lang ako ng rom galing XDA remix ressurection nougat version Rel 39.) May bug ung rom Nag Flight MODE ON ako ng halos 1 hour after nun nag flight MODE OFF ako, SIM NOT DEDICTED NA.

Pinakaproblem ko ung SIM CARD NYA di ko sure kung nasira ung hardware or nakablock or kailangan pang i unblock, kasi now bagong rom ulit to pinalitan ko ng LOLIPOP version original stock from Sammobile. Tapos ganun pa din Invalid sim card naman ang nakalagay.

Di ko na din maibalik sa custom rom na remix ressurection kasi ng bago ung model ng phone ko naging SPH-L720.

Additional Question: Posible ba na maibalik sa dating model to? ung i9505?
