Android Studio: Chat other user by only using Wi-Fi LAN

Hihingi po sana ako ng Guide kung pano po magagawa yan. Baguhan lang po kasi ako sa Android studio. Bale android app po sya pwede cocomunicate via chat/call, as long as nakakonek lang sila sa iisang network kahit wala nang internet connection. Salamat po!

Some information.

1. ) You need to bind certain port to where you listen and send information to .
2. ) Scan nodes(devices) within your network . You need to know who are connected within the network.
3. ) You have to knock( check each node with port) then connect to that port.
4. ) Sending chat is easy but sending kasi text lang .I have no idea kung paano sa video.. maybe other symbianize user can help.
