Saying that the NCR is stealing taxes as the reason for Federalism is very shallow, and childish. They are pointing fingers without proper proof. Atsaka yung census na binigay nila (out of the blue of course) hindi pa tugma sa PSA Data.

at this moment let me remind you that you can not really trust a philippine government's website and data for the following reasons:
1. Outdated sa technology. Tons of data are still in the books and papers and not published and not digitized. I went to different government agencies in my years(BIR, COA etc.) and everything are a mess. Even local networks are a mess. Then here you are justifying a government website.
2. Outdated ang data. Kasi nga hindi pa lahat eh accounted for or audited and digitized.
3. Not all data are there(due to Freedom of Information is not implemented). Therefore specific data lang ang nanjan
4. Agencies have deadlines to make for public publishing. Again considering 1, 2 and 3 above, how do you think some people would do to turn over data in rush way? My point is pabara bara, inaccurate and possible tampered.
5. Past and current administration limit data disclosure(again there is a need for Freedom of Information) due to discretion as matter of security or due to a matter of self interest(internal agency/bureau corruption).

You may say na ang Federalism is a bigger and better version of BBL kasi in fact some concepts of BBL are rooted from Federalism. Think of it this way.
Bakit ba nagagalit ang mga Muslim rebels??? ARMM was the solution pero anu ba nangyari kasi?
History repeats itself. Talked about ARMM, debated and
implemented but steered away from the original plan of ARMM.
BBL is the same...debated then watered down. Ginagawang light version nanaman ang nilalaman.
Sino ba naman hindi magrerebelde nyan? Double-crossed once by the government, then another double crossing to be against the BBL again by the national government.
I have been into modern and open-cultured muslim countries at wala ako nakikitang masama sa pamamalakad ng mga gobyernong muslim. THere is a peace and harmony sa mga countries na yun.
Kung tutuusin mas better pa nga yung BBL government proposed structure kasi may democracy pa din to all muslim and non muslim unlike some traditional muslim countries.
Mga Pinoy pa rin naman ang Bangsamoro they know what democracy is Ang gusto lang naman nila magkaroon sila ng
greater authority to express their culture and beliefs considering naman na majority sa nasasakupan ng ARMM is mga muslim naman kaya nga Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
I don't see any reason bakit kailangan napakadamot ng gobyerno.
From what I can see is... it boils down to MONEY for both parties National government and Bangsmoro. In the national government's side, mababawasan ng share sa tax kaya naghihigpit.
Philippine constitution pa din at president pa din ang may final decision to issues after it is implemented. so ano kinakagalit pa ng mga tao against sa BBL?
Federalism is not a better version of BBL. Federalism is about equality of all LGUs.
At the current state of our government is pure bureaucracy and less public service.....
