I've already tried several methods na nakita ko kay pareng Google!
sad to say wala padin ako makitang fix.

happened on my Sony Vaio laptop Windows 7 64-bit

Google chrome, steam, and other types of application po ayaw gumana. Already tried reformatting 3 times pero wala talaga .
Sana po matulungan nyo po ako! Thanks in advanced

virus yan floxit, gamit ka ng https://www.avg.com/en-ww/remove-win32-floxif

possible din infected ung drive d at ung installer mo sakit sa ulo yan

pwedeng yun pinaka last na na-install mong software is incompatible, cracked version kaya everytime i-run mo ay ganyan error or pwedeng hindi na uninstall completely yun software lalo na registry kaya may lumalabas na ganyan error at start-up.... ang tanong anong gamit mong installer pang reformat, yun recovery disk ni vaio or ibang windows gamit mo?

i suggest na kapag newly installed ang windows at drivers, i-update mo muna kaagad sa service pack 1 yun win7 mo bago ka maginstall ng ibang software para updated yun net framework at visual-c kasi mostly kailangan yan para gumana ng maayos yun mga software mo
