Hi have you tried to apply for work while you have ongoing case?

Have you been hired or rejected? Can you please provide us some tips to get hired.

By the way I'm in the field of information technology.

I think your records won't be a problem if you apply an online job but if it's the other way then I think it will be hard because most companies will ask for your NBI, police clearance or barangay clearance.

Your best bet is to put up a business as a service contractor or IT consultant. Register your business, give out business cards to potential clients. Don't commit any more crimes, work hard, learn your field well both the skills and business side because you are self-employed, be careful not to tarnish your business in any way, shape or form, file your taxes, maintain your records well especially accounting books. This is also a good way to acquire "experience" if you eventually clear your pending case and decide to look for a job again. The tax returns are also important especially if you decide to migrate to other countries to prove the legitimacy of your business.

There's what we call "second chance". They may have committed a mistake or may have sinned once but as long as they are willing to change for the better, they deserve a second chance.

ang ibig nya pong sabihin eh, bakit sya mag hihire ng may criminal record marami namang clean record with the same set of skills.

boss madali lang po ipproved sa nbi kung hindi sya ang may kaso, may ibibigay silang mga list of requirements na need komnpletuhin ng friend mo. one na ok na lahat makakakuha na sya ng NBI. ako din po may kaso na lumabas sa NBI sinunod ko lang sinabi ng taga nbi at kinuha ko lahat ng requirements at pinasa sa kanila. ok na po nakakakuha na ako ng NBI every year, Hit nga lang ako lagi lagi pero 3 days release na din.

Go for a call center job. most of them doesn't care about your criminal records so long as you have the skill that they want. But the previous advice mentioned above that you have to submit a few requirements so your case will be cleared is more preferable, it may take time i guess, but it could be worth while.

On what particular case po ba ang tinutukoy nu?
Is it CRIMINAL or CIVIL Case?
Kapag criminal case yan sir, malabo ka talaga makakuha ng job pero kapag civil case marami ka pang chance.
and take note, NEVER NEVER NEVER ka mamemeke ng papers kc ang mga companies meron silang way to check the veracity ng papers na sinubmit mo.
May serial number and NBI Clearance madali nila un ma detect kung peke.
If the case is still not decided. ang mailalagay sa clearance mo is with pending case of.... so think of it if you are the employer would you hire an employee na pwede maalis agad kasi baka makulong xa kasi natalo sa kaso? obviously NO. Settle the case first. Hopefully hindi criminal case yan para hindi ka mahirapan. kahit sa abroad kung may criminal case ka dito black listed kna doon.

On going Case ibig sabihin di pa nadesisyonan.
Sa experience ko, dalawa kami ng tropa ko ang nakasuhan. Habang on-going ang case namin nakakuha sya ng NBI at nakapunta ng ibang bansa para dun magtrabaho. Ako naman e nag-aaral nun. So kapag may hearing, ako at yung tatay nya ang dumadalo.

Ang importante lang dyan makakuha ka ng NBI Clearance. Di naman masamang sumubok. Di kapa naman nahatulan.

Ito ang maganda, sabi mo nga nasa field of Information Technology ka, pwede kang magapply ng mga homebased jobs. Pwede mong ioffer yung servisyo mo. Ang daming trabaho online. Promise yan Sir! Diskarte lang at Sipag kikita ka ng limpak!
