Revicon + potencee pero wala pa rin tatalo sa gulay at prutas. Basta Balanced diet lang maski di ka na magtake ng synthetic vit and minerals.

TS.. halos natry ko na lahat ng sikat na vitamins..
Centrum, enervon, revicon, stesstabs, propan.. halos lahat na pero di ko mafeel na may effect..
pero simula nung natry ko last year yung sovit-c,.. dun ko nafeel yung effect ng vitamins.
isang taon na ako di nakakapag SL sa trabaho. effective talaga sya pangontra sa sakit..
saka mura pa. 5pesos lang isa sa mercury. try mu din baka effective din sayo.
