Asus zenfone 2 internal memory issue

Hi masters. I have a problem with my zenfone 2 4GB ram 32Gb internal. It shows memory full. But all of my files was around 8gb. Pero ung free space ko is around 100mb nlng. Ang sabi saakin bug daw po ng o.s, ano po ba pwede ko gawin. Hndi po kc ako mkpg view ng photo sa viber or mkpg save ng ibang apps or update. Thankyou.

try to back up your files first, then do a hard reset.
