WHO CAN JOIN
• Participants must be 18 years old and above and must have an existing Tech4ED account
• Tech4ED Center Managers, partners and platform users are highly encouraged to join
• Open to all individuals (male or female) who use Tech4ED centers for a purpose (e.g. promotion of Digital
literacy in the community, use the platform for skills training and capacity building, and others.)
