If possible ask for a peg site or ikaw mismo mag present ng relevant web site para malinaw sayo kung ano ung ineexpect ni client na makita after you deliver the product.

What is the purpose of staging?
Dito kayo mag aaway ni client. haha de joke lang. Ginagawa to para ma present mo kay client ung website before mo ilaunch. Dito macaclarify ung mga details na gusto talaga mangyari ni client. Matest ng maayos ung website for bugs, browser compatibility etc. At kung may gusto ipadagdag si client (ask for a reasonable amount)
- Duration
DEPENDE. basta always remember na give allowance for testing and qa. Kung confident ka na kaya mo tapusin in 2-3 weeks then tell him na 1 month minimum ung estimated time na malalaunch ung website. Why minimum? kasi sometimes di mo ineexpect na matatagalan ka sa pag fix ng bugs or kung may ipadagdag sayo si client. Just don't give them false promises (wag ka paasa) and the same time assure them na malalaunch ung website as soonest as possible.
- Payment Terms
Pag whole website ung gagawin - 50/50.
50% down-payment (non refundable after 1 week of development) - Protection mo to if ever biglang umayaw si client sa kalagitnaan ng development.
50% after launching
Pag mga small task lang like 1 or 2 Pages pumapayag na ko tska ako bayadan after ko mapakita ung ginawa ko.
- Content
Lahat ng content kay client mang gagaling (images ng business niya, product images,description,etc.) and sila din ang dapat mag content. Pero for the banners and taglines kaya mo na un.
-Maintenance
6-12 months depende sa laki ng website. Bugs and small task lang (change banner, logo, header text etc.).
Pag mga additional page with custom design syempre ask for additional.
Yan. basta ang mahalaga jan lage e communication. if ever na may issue ka sabihin mo na agad kay client beforehand. sige good luck
