Battery is charging but not going higher than 25%

Battery is charging but not going higher than 25%.

Any recommendation from ICT experts reading this?
Tried several tips from Youtube but the problem isn't fixed yet.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Build 19041 with August 2020 update

A battery showing that it's charging but only charge up to n% indicates a problem with the battery itself. You can disregard the OS as a factor as the battery should be able to charge itself, even if the OS is not running. Actually, even if the device doesn't have an Operating System installed, still the battery should be able to charge normally.

try to make a live usb drive. Try to boot as a live OS then check if the battery is still at 25%.

If it's still at 25% then the battery is the problem.

Or maybe its only showing 25% but the capacity is really at 100%, try to observe it first.

common issue yan sa mga removable battery. kung 6-cell lithium battery ay malamang yun 3-4 cells nyan ay sira or hindi nag store ng charge.

the problem is the battery itself you could try to buy another battery or if your techy enough you can replace the cells inside like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Da4ilNuUCsg you can buy battery cells in shoppe
