We are looking for the following: NOC Manager, NOC 1, Jr. NOC, Software Developer, TSR, Multilingual
NOC Manager:
- With experience as an NOC Manager or at least 8 years prior NOC Experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinates the duty shift table for the NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members (NOC engineers) on different shift duties for ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner.
• Emergency escalation and notification to other departments when required
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to manage and lead a team. Must have prior solid experience scheduling staff for a 24x7 operation center, managing ticket tracking and closure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NOC Engineer / Fiber NOC Engineer: (Jr NOC and NOC 1)
Responsibilities:
-Monitor network stability and performance to ensure 24x7 operations and resolving service impacts as they occur within SLA
-Handle trouble tickets and work closely with our customers, engineering and field technicians within SLA
-Resolve network issues
-Raise and drive trouble tickets with telecommunications carriers as well as with hardware vendors to resolve service issues
-Perform scheduled configuration changes to network
-Recommend solutions to correct network trouble issues and faults.
-Perform OS upgrade.
-Report operational state of the network on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Escalate and communicate issues on time.
Qualifications:
For Jr. NOC
-1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in the network field.
For NOC1
-2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE in operations or engineering roles in an ISP- or Enterprise-level network.
-Industry standard certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, JNCIS).
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Strong LAN, WAN, Optical & Wireless troubleshooting skills.
-(optional)Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and commonly-used network protocols (MPLS, IPv6, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, VRRP, HSRP, DHCP, RADIUS and SNMP).
Software Developer:
Collaborate with the team and clients to deliver high quality software solutions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience in client services in identifying business needs
-Minimum of 2 years of management/leadership experience in Software Development required
-Leadership skills
-Good communication skills
-Must have strong knowledge & experience in the following languages & system:
-OS: Basic knowledge of *nix (Linux, Unix, etc)
Language: Python, Javascript/JQuery, CSS
Frameworks: Django, AppEngine
Database: MySQL
Technical Support Representative (TSR):
- At least college graduate
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule.
