Best Budget Laptop for graphic designers - 20k-30k any advice?

Hi! Good day to everyone, I just want your advice on what brand and model of a laptop should I buy for my work as graphic designer. The isse here is limited budget lang po tayo so I would really appreciate if you could give an advice or options that would only cost between 20k-30k..

Graphic design rigs are the same as gaming rigs.
If you really have the budget, check ASUS ROG laptops.
