*** ALWAYS DO A BACKUP OF YOUR IMPORTANT FILES ***

1. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in your BB via usb cable and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same folder as the above vendor.xml file.

Give it approx 25-40mins to update.

I'm not using a 9300 but that doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.


I've used a number of Blackberry's in the past I've been using the same procedure I posted in the previous page to update my BB's regardless of the model.
Curve 8320 / 8520
Bold 9700 and 9780 (current )


kung ayaw mo sa akin maniwala, ok lang.

I'm just trying to help.
Lahat ng phone ko na update ko w/o going through Desktop Manager. Bahala ka., nasa sayo yan.

boss regarding to sa pag install ng apps at themes.
nakadownload na po ako ng desktop manager. sinubukan kong mag install ng themes na .alx pro di ko parin mkita kung san nkalagay ung nainstall kong theme sa phone ko. pumunta ako sa options then themes at wala talaga doon. pahelp po kng paano mginstall ng themes sa phone. bb bold 9700 gamit ko po. salamat po

Hi sir! patulong din po sana ako. my problem is laging nababawasan ng load cp ko kahit ang gamit ko is browser ng bb then default browser configuration is via hotspot browser. ano po bang dapat gawin para maiwasan po makain yung load ko. TIA po.

if your using BIS and you are using the default email app eh pwede ka po mag attach ng file. blackberry button > attach .
I've been able to attach office documents , jpeg files w/o any problem using this function. hope that helps.

I don't use the BB desktop manager, I download themes directly to the phone using the phone's browser. Never had any trouble naman.

if your using BIS and you are using the default email app eh pwede ka po mag attach ng file. blackberry button > attach .

uncheck your APN settings or delete it.

Sir Earl -- installed a not so compatible Application in BB9000 yahoo messenger to be exact; ngayon nagf--freeze na sya everytime magstart-up; tried restoring to original setting through the use of Black Berry Desktop Manager but to no avail -- hindi sila nagkikita ng phone, any PC Application i can use para makausap ko ulit yung phone via PC?

Naka BIS kaba? You need to setup your email sa phone mo by going to the email setup or by going to globe.blackberry.com - for globe and smart.blackberry.com for smart. Once ma set up mo, you should see a new icon on your menu that looks like an envelope. open it , press the blackberry button then compose. as simple as that.

Try going to safe mode and uninstall it

To turn on safe mode, complete the following steps:

1 Remove and reinsert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.
2When the red light-emitting diode (LED) light goes out, press and hold the Escape key as the BlackBerry smartphone is loading.
3 Press ok when you get to the safe mode notification box.

You can then remove 3rd party apps that may be causing the problem.

To turn off safe mode, remove and reinsert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.

I have a blackberr curve updated to the latest IS 5 po. Di po nakikita yung app world sa home menu. I have tried installing, uninstalling and re-installing app world kaso di talaga siya lumalabas sa home screen or sa kahit anong folder po. please advise what to do po!

HI. it depends po kung anu serial ng lcd mo sa lkod. apat na klase kasi lcd ng bold 9700. mine has the same problem pinapalitan ko ng lcd sa greenhills and spent p4500 lng naman ;( for the record that was 2 years ago.

balitaan moko kung magkano na ngaun kpg napalitan mo nayung iyo ah.
