yes goodmorning po sayo maam yung video reffrence mo pakipost nalang po doon sa globe@dsl facebook group page po ngayon maam para makita po saamin admin kasi ayaw niya maniwala saakin po maam kasi mga working po yun lahat na binigay po namin sa inyo maam and please cooperate nalang po... salamat

Sir, recorded ang mga calls ko sa inyo simulang Feb. 25 (Date of order for 15Mb account @ Php4500) hangang ngayon.. Tinatanong kita noon kung pwedeng gamitin ang accounts na binebenta nyo sa line ko at nagsend ako sa inyo ang screenshots ng modem page, sinabi nyo na pwedeng pwede. Pero later I found out na hindi pala pwede!
Sana you understand that ako po ang lugi sa etong sitwasyon.. Kayo po may kita sa negosyo nyo. Sana considerate po kayo at Refund na lang po ang 4.5K na binayad ko sa inyo sa Smart Money account nyo..

Also binelock nyo ang Facebook account na ginagamit ko sa Facebook group page nyo (GLOBE@DSL).
AT hindi ko mareach ang number nyo (09757142324), maliban na lang kung gagamit ako ng ibang sim.

humihinge po ako ng mahabang pasensya niyo po ngayon maam at hindi ko po alam kung ano nangyari sa phone ko kung bakit di ka makakapasok sa number ko po ngayon maam pero tungkol naman po sa GLOBE@DSL facebook group page natin ay wala po ako control yan maam kundi ang admin lang po namin ang meron yan maam at akala ko ba nagkausap na kayo sa admin po namin ngayon maam at isa lang po ako sale's man sa admin po namin ngayon maam.....

Sir, kayo po ang kausap namin.. Ikaw nagtransact sa amin.. Dapat kayo po nagtake ng responsibility sa issue na yan Sir.. Kayo po Tinananong po namin ng mga bagay na about sa dsl account, tapos sinabi nyo okay lahat.. Tapos hindi po namin nakausap sa admin ninyo.. Sabi nyo nga po kayo ang kakausap sa kanya. Almost 10 days na ang nakalipas.. Wala parin nangyayari, sabi nyo gagawan nyo ng paraan para marefund ang pera (Php4500)..

Sabi nyo bibigay number ng admin mo pero wala parin po.. Sana sinabi nyo po na salesman po kayo at hindi ang admin mismo na may hawak sa mga dsl accounts.
Sa lahat ng messages nesend ko sa admin mo, eto lang po ang reply nya:

contact these#: 09283797074. sa admin po namin yan directly! pero hindi po siya naghahandle sa mga new incoming customer's na gusto mag-avail.
kasi meron po siya pina-assign na mga sale's man po maam kaya pasensya na...

May previous account po sila na "Banned" na dito sa Symbianize.. Ngayon ginagamit po nila ng bagong account para sa negosyo nila.
Ngayon hindi na po sya nagrereply sa mga comments ko.. Naubusan po yata sya ng sasabihin!

at wag ako kasi isa lang po ako sale's man po nila...
at napaka impossible naman po sa lahat na binigay namin ehhh walang gumagana jan po sa inyo.
dapat completo yung recorded sa video niyo simula sa paglagay po ng pppoe username and password tas click apply po at dapat nakarecorded din po yan sa video niyo po at baka kasi iniiba niyo yung password sa paglagay kaya di nagreconnect tsaka kayo nagrecord ng video...
o nagpaparami lang po kayo ng mga pppoe username and password po namin.
napaka impossible kasi ikaw lang po ang nagkakaganyan pero yung ibang legit customer po namin hindi at walang problema!!!
pero ikaw maraming problema...

Please watch the videos without skipping forward.. Sa Video #1, clicked "Apply" na before recording, that's why "CONNECTED" at saved na ang username/password even after reloading the page as seen sa video. Starting video #2, lahat clicked "Apply" before moving to "Status" page.

Just to remind you... ALAM nyo na hindi kaya ng line ko ang 15Mb account before placing my order. Tinanong po kita several times noon Feb. 22 both sa PM at sa phone before ordering (Feb. 25), pero hindi nyo po ako inaadvice na hindi pala pwede, since max down stream rate ng line ko ay na sa "6144kbps" (about 5Mb)! Instead go lang ng go kayo sa akin para may kita po kayo..

At isa pa, blocked na ang 2 sim cards na ginagamit ko sa inyong number. I have to use another sim card just to call you and not to mention load expenses starting late Feb.! Blocked rin po ako sa Facebook group page nyo (GLOBE@DSL) after inquiring tungkol sa issue na 'to.
Your admin's number (09283797074) is out of coverage area all the time! Wala po syang maayos na sagot sa messages ko kahit active sya sa Facebook..
What kind of service is that?

Besides all that, ako po ang lugi dito. May kita po kayo sa negosyo nyo kahit stolen po ang mga accounts na binebenta nyo.. Okay lang po kung sana 1:1 ang ratio at hindi galing sa existing subscribers ang mga accounts nyo..
Provide me a stable 5Mb account na kasamang warranty (Php1500) then refund the difference (Php3000) to settle this issue.
