Work ko after a week of training, nirush ko talaga magaral dahil 2nd exam namin yan ftw! and wala pa ko alam before about PS and flash cs4. I'm an I.T. student btw.

I'll say this is my most finished work as a 1wk old beginner. May mga imperfections din like sobra sa brush or whatsoever pero yan palang kaya ko as of now.

This one looks messy i know, rush nga eh! *defensive*

This one looks overly brushed, ang dilim sa gilid, yeah overworked, ganun naman talaga pag baguhan you tend to overdo things, halatang amateurish. Pati yung castle di convincing dahil putol.

This one is made by me from flash cs4(flash animation ito actually by me), edited in photoshop. Everything here is original, i drew everything! yeah! using mouse lang(wow yabang!) hahahahaha this is something i could brag about. *sarcasm* This thing needs a little little more fine tuning in my IMHO.

hindi naman ako expert pero being a cartoonist, comment ko lang yung dove na nasa lower left medyo overpowering. siguro mas maganda kung alisin, or paliitin, or palitan, or bawasan yung saturation. yun lang. nagegets ko na pang balance sya dun sa ibon na nasa top right corner pero parang masyadoo syang raw(hilaw). cguro maganda kung samahan mo lang sya ng maliit na bagay(clouds, or maliit na ibon, sanga, whatever) kasi parang nilagay mo lang yung dove doon tapos yun na. pareho tau surrealist pala. apir! peace!

salamat tol...una ko sa surreal piece to...uu surrealist @ conceptualist un try kong e gawa sa mga susunod na mga piesa ko...@ topik: more on expermental mode pa ako kaya midyo tinatanya kopa tol...un compositions marami kasi @ pweding ma combined un at eniexplore kopa...isa lang un karamihan alam eh, nasa focal lang...kong makikita mo un lahat piesa ko...movements @ activity un nag rule playing halos lahat mi kanya kanyang buhay @ parte..iba un orientation o decipline ko e..4D architectural kaya pag gumagawa ka halos lahat dapat mi parte..dilang gumagawa ka nang bldg..dapat para sa tao, landscape/entuorage, things/furniture, climatic conditions, influencing factors sa environment etc...dami yan kaya na eapply ko sa sining ko din..more kasi ako sa 3D fx, illusion, motion @ lightings pati na un depth nang pies sa kabuohan...salamat ,tuloy lang!!​

or yung birds ba focal point mo?
ganda ng choice of colors... enhance mo pa konti...
tsaka dagdagan mo konti flowing na effects like glowing lines sparkles etc...

tsaka magdagdag ka din ng birdies
baka sabihin ko nanaman self centered yang gawa mo
kasi naman 2 lang yung bird sabagay kesa isa nga

Ahmm. Comments.
Ung isang paa ng babae, na erase ng kunti kaya magkaibang level tignan ang dalawa. U picked a very striking background which is quite hard to blend with the birds. Maybe you can emphasize the bird by adjusting the background, not the bird itself. Tsaka po, magkapareho lang po ang dalawang bird^^ Mas maganda siguro kung kumuha ng magkaibang stock den lagyan ng mga killer blending options.

Overall, its a good one

sa akin lang tol:..maganda un concept @ compo, pero un BG masyabong nag caclash up sa focal mo..general lighting un BG pero un focal 1 source of lighting nya, sa harap lang kaya mi nag kokonflik...natutunaw nang BG un focal mo @ un ibon mo pareho, try ka mag lagay nang mga elemento mo na mi variety o ibatibang sizes, para di maging redundant @ boring..peaceful mode un character..pwede kang mag add up nang mga elemento na swirls o curve na ma kulay to en liven da moods o manging energitik pa lalo un piesa mo..laro mopa tol. enjoy lang ....kosang lalabas lang yan...makikita yan pag enjoy ka...Xplore, Xperiment @ Xploit mopa un creativity, tools @ palageing masaya pag gumagawa ka, tuloy lang!!​

i think wala namang mali sa birds. cguro mga apat na birds maganda ibat ibang sizes. And yung isang bird dun na pinakamalaki ay super emphasized. Sharpen mo yung tao and birds, then desaturate gradually and blur mo yung background(blurred sa edges tapos gradual na nagshaharpen patungo dun sa subject mo) in a sunburst pattern para focal point nya yung girl and mga birds.

1. proper establishment of focal area
- in as much as this is a poster, focal area should be properly define... this in the sense
that you know what is distracting and what is neutral.

2. proper selection of colors as to define the theme of your concept
- try to find colors that are complimentary and contrastinf

3. i suggest using hi-resolution brushes when making posters... or alternatively make your
own effect via vectors

4. space assessment
- define your standard of what part of the pictures that looks empty, crowded or normal


overall: 7/10

salamat sa CnC tol...pero un sa piesa ko ung objectives @ definations un pinagkaiba ko siguro...una wala akong formal GFX training, @ un orientation ko na 4D ( architecture: ma libot mo ito in all 4 sides, maka pa ibaba @ taas o toktok ka nang structure, maka interact kasa structure @ maka gamit ka nang structure ...yon ang 4D) ay yon ang denidefine ko pa ngaun...meaning, un focal, kulay, standards nang gfx ay least priority ko...un priority ko sa pag gawa kosa piesa ko ay: maging 3D, mi motions, mi activity @ emotions na para bang kasama kasa activity nang piesa...makikita moyan sa lahat nang piesa ko...di kopa na polish pero sigurado ako ito yong pinag kaiba @ dipa na grasp nang mga gfx community...pareho ba nang pilikola...kailangan tingnan mo sa start hangang ending para ma intindihan @ un pinaka imortante ay ma experiensyahan @ ma feel mo ang bawat yugto...sa pag tingin ko sa sining hindi lamang maganda ang pina ka importante..ang ina ka imortante ay kong pano mo mapa feel & pasama un viewer sa piesa o likha mo...pano mo napa iyak, napatawa @ un emotion sa likha mo na buhay mo...sa akin, un motion nang pag galaw @ illusion ang mi pinag ka iba @ gusto kong tugonann nang pasin...dahil halos lahat nang gfx ay 2d lng nasa flat @ motionless....poster type talaga...un objectives ko ay un flat na likha napagalaw @ na bigyan ko nang illusion na kahit 2d lang ito mi nakikita kang dimension sa kahit anong angulo....kasama na ang activity kng ano man ang concept o genre ito...salamat!!​

nice piece tol...ma detalye ka...ganda nang energy sa mga piesa mo...nasa cloud 9 ka siguro pag gumagawa nang bawat piesa mo...puno(compact) @ masaya ang nakikita ko sa bawat piesa mo...un design elements andyan naman: elemento, textures, variety etc...define lahat from focal to elements...mi character bawat likha mo...focus lang sa focal siguro para lalong ma enhance @ lumabas ang bawat main character nasa piesa mo....kabuohan, impressive @ polishing nalang ang hasain mo... mag exposed kapa sa mga ibatibang sig para mi comparison @ ma experiment mopa lalo un likha mo, tuloy lang!!​
