TS baka pd po malaman kung anong type of installation ang ginamit mo kung Live CD, Network Install or Minimum installation.
try mo po s CLI ang command n - startx if it gives you error and no GUI malamang netinstall or min installation you need to install the window manager or desktop environment for your CentOS.

Sample Installation for Gnome Desktop
Malamang na gumamit ka ng Minimal ISO.
1. Gnome for this example. Kailangan superuser ka dito.
2. Then start mo na yung DE (Desktop Environment) using normal user.
