pa hel naman po... sa mga naka encounter nito: Acer laptop (walang cd/dvd rom model) dating win7 nireformat ko para maing windows 10... pag naka 100% tapos magrerestart ang lappy biglang hihinto ung ikot ng loading nya... ..acer E14 un g model mga master...maiistuck cya dun palagi sa restart.. hindi pa naman maibalik sa windows 7 nag eeror mga master.. anu po tamanag gawin nito.. salamat sa sasagot...

sir ask ko kung bakit pag iniinsert ko 2 ram at pag inistart ko na yung pc, walang naka display sa monitor. Pero pag isa lang at tinanggal ko yung isang ram, nag iistart naman siya. Nanghihinayang po ako kasi 2gb lang ang ram ko imbis na 4gb. Sayang. Pa help po thanks.

did you try to reinstall os again?
ung previous os mu is it 64 bit or 32 bit?
what did you use in installing the os? an external cd or a bootable usb?

Sir patulong po anu po kaya posibleng problema ng laptop ko pagbinuksan ko siya may ilaw siya sa gilid ng pindutan tapos di na siya nagoopen blackscreen lang po siya sana po matulungan niyo ko salamat po

did you try to flash a light to the monitor?
if not please try and see if may makikita k na icons n pra lng cyang walang ilaw.
if that is the case backlight ang problem.
if not, please try to use an external monitor if the icons can be seen on the external monitor,
that would mean indi n detected ang lcd or its just a matter of changing the monitor button from external to both or internal

Naglalag po sa laro yung pc ko after ko magpalit ng hdd at magreinstall ng windows. Clean install po. Laro na sa laro Nagffps drop po siya. Then laggy ng performance ng pc ko Updated po lahat ng drivers. Before ako magformat 60 to 80fps ko sa dota 2. Ngayun 65 below na. tapos nagdodrop siya to 20-30fps.

what is the rpm of the previous hdd? the current hdd?
you can do a read/write test on ur current hdd.
please check also your device drivers if it is properly installed and updated.

yes sir, try ibalik ung dati nyang os,, nagtaka nga ako windows 7 ang dati nya pero sa website tiningna ko windows 8.1 man.. nung ibabalik ko sana sa windows nag erros man cya sir ntfs.sys parang ganito 0x00000001 un.. hindi cya maibalik sa win 7..

hindi ko na icheck ung prevoius os nya kasi nireformat ko agad.... pero ang iniinstall ko na windows 10 ay 32bit at windows 7 32 bit.. ang windows 10 nag fi-freeze pagkatapos ng restart nya.. ung windows 7 naman nag error..

what did you use in installing the os? an external cd or a bootable usb?

acer e14 ung walng cd/dvd na drive,, dinaaan ko sa usb bootable installer sir..

Hello po. Sana po matulungan nyo ako sa problema sa laptop ko mga 2 weeks ko po sya di ginamit then nung binuksan ko may mga certain keys sa keyboard na di na mapindot halos lahat sa left side from ctrl papuntang esc etc. Ano kaya po pwedeng fix dito salamat po sa tutulong.a

Hello. Nasira po yung lcd ng laptop ko. Nabagsak ko kasi sya then black and white na lang lumalabas sa screen pero fullyfunctioning padin yung laptop kasi natratry ko sya iconnect sa monitor ng pc namin using VGA. Magkano kaya paayos ng lcd ng laptop (netbook) ko Acer Aspire sya 10" lang.

sir nagppopout ang stickey keys, nadisable ko na.. problem is nagaautoselect ang mouse, pag nagclick ng isang program, madami naseselect.. then pag nagttype sa keyboard may mga letra na hindi nagana, numbers wala rin.. ano po pwede gawin.. salamat po

punta ka device manager tignan mo kung may mga devices na kulang ang driver
