Now Officially retired from symbian modding.

CS 1.5 is officially the final version. I will not close the thread for further discussions for other users of my CFW.

This CFW is now opensource, Anyone may modify it and may make it as their base CFW, just add credits. No need to ask me for permission.

For flashing issues/concerns please do not PM me anymore.

Introduction:
Hello, I'm drigz, I am a member from different forums and some of them are PNHT, DailyMobile.se, Symbiantalk.net, symbianize, some hidden forums and many more. My aim is to get the best mods for me, all over the net and compile them to a power house Custom Firmware without conflicting mods from each other. I will include credits to each mod I will integrate to my CFW. If one mod has no credits beside it, the credits are on the bottom of the post. PNHT/DM. My intentions on Making this CFW is just to share what I use. I am not competing with other cfw makers. Some Apps are deleted because the 5530 has smaller capacity than 5800, rofs2wise. Enjoy Using My Custom Firmware.

Installation Instructions:

Recommended for first timers
Optional: Backup your Contacts, Messages, Calendar Entries, Bookmarks(if needed) Click Here for Backup Guide
Optional: Reformat Your Memory Card using panasonic sd formatter, but make sure you back up your memory card contents. It will make your memory card faster, may increase max size, fix bugs(if there are any).
1. Download the Rofs2 compatible for your phone
2. Download the Core compatible for your phone <-- be careful with this.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. My Media bar is missing. How can I have it back?
A. On my CFW, after inputting date and time, just restart once and you won't encounter this again.

Q. What files do i need to download here?
A. Rofs2, Core and UDA.

Q. I own a 5530 v 32. Can I use your v31 core?
A. No. Do not downgrade. use v32 core

Q. I own a 5800 v 52. Can I use your v51 core?
A. No. Do not downgrade. use v52 core

Q. Do I need Rofs3 File?
A. No need for that file.

Q. Does it slow down when making/editing access points, and entering Settings Menu?
A. No. My firmware never had this issue not even the first release.

Q. My phone always connect to the internet. How can I stop this?
A. Check your homescreen. It might be a cause from one of your widgets.
A2. Remember, If you are gonna save Wifi/GPRS connections, remember the following:

If ever you did it the wrong way, you have to either hard reset or reflash and do the right way next time. Remember this well.

A. No. It is a feature. When Charging, Green light (5800,5230,5233,X6) or Red light (5530 only) will turn on. It will Turn off when you reach a full battery status. This is a good indicator for me.

edit:isang tanong nalang sir,wala ba tong lag pag magbubukas ng setting at mag eidit ng access point pag naka on ang theme effect?

YOU ONLY NEED TO DOWNLOAD 2 RAR FILES ON THE DOWNLOAD LINK ON THIS BLACK BUTTON
WHICH CONTAINS 3 FILES(Core,Rofs2,Uda) TO QUALIFY FOR FLASHING. NOT 6. NOT 7!!.

DO NOT USE NAVIFIRM!​

1. start pkey, click go. Jaf Should start. "BOX DRIVER NOT INSTALLED" pops up, click ok.
2. On JAF, Click BB5 Tab
3. Follow this pic.

4. Choose the following for each button. If you cannot see files. Click here.

5. Final lights should look like this. Only 3 lights should be "ON" MCU, PPM and APE.

6. On your phone's mmc, via card reader or usb, delete these. [private, system, sys, resource] then perform hard reset[dial *#7370#]
7. Turn off phone, connect phone to computer via usb cable.
8. click flash, warning sign pops up, click yes
9. Searching for phone: Click power button less than one second
There should be a notification on JAF that flashing is done. (sound fx: ding) then unplug usb cable
10. Hard reset [dial *#7370] then Normal Restart (turn off then turn on) your phone to start Mediabar/Xpress music button.

Sir, This is not included as of the moment, I might add it for future release, but I will added it as an attachment for you.
