alam mo pre mas pangit ang linux kci limit lng ang system na magagamit mo. i think gumamit k nlng ng windows aero lite edition x64bit or x32bit or try mo ung windows 10 32 bit ung enterprise mas maganda un. kci ang latest os ngyn na windows 10 kaya na ang low end pcs. pinaganda na kci ang windows 10 kci of device like single board computer and low end computer ginagamit n ang windows 10. just search the article for windows 10 low end pc :)

and about Dota.. if you mean Dota2 which is via STEAM, yes you can install steam/dota in a Linux-based OS even without Wine. Dota2 is multi platform, could run in both Windows and Linux-based OS. though di lang ganun kaganda graphics and you might encounter some glitches dahil sa driver support... sad to say your specs is not enough to run it properly or what we say "playable" ... but if you have a better hardware someday, then YES you can.
