Chowking Chow fan Recipe

testing nga minsan.. ung kayang chinese pork chop rice recipe kaya? super sarap din kasi ^^

Oh, this is my fav. in Chowking! I'll try this and will get back to this thread for update, hopefully if the ingredients are available in our province. Yay!

ingredients:

2 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 medium onion chopped finely 1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped finely 1/4 cup carrots chopped finely 1/4 cup ground beef or ground chicken meat or finely chopped breakfast sausage salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp curry powder 6-8 cups cooked rice 2 tsp chopped green onion 2 eggs beaten 3 tbsp oil,onion leech,beaten fried egg,chicken balls slice

procedure:

1. On a skillet, saute finely chopped garlic in oil until golden brown. Make sure that your fire is set to medium heat.

2. Add finely chopped onion and stir until translucent.

3. Add your meat of choice (beef or chicken or chopped sausage) and stir occasionally until cooked.

4. Put chopped bell pepper and carrots, salt and pepper and continue stirring.

5. Add chili powder and curry powder and mix until evenly distributed.

6. Add your cooked rice and mix until slightly brown.

7. Add beaten eggs and stir until it becomes completely distributed and cooked.

8. Stir in your green onion right before serving. Serve hot.

Note: If you want to make it not too spicy, just adjust the amount of chili powder.

salamat ng sobrang sobra dito kaibigan malaking tulong ito para gawin ko na ang unlimited kong chowfan kapag gutom ako hahaha pag kumakain kasi ako sa chowking nabibitin ako sa isa gusto ko lima haha
