X'Flare v3.2.2 seems to be still based on v37 stock kernel/base image.

I hope khimnell16 will have the time to update X'Flare so that the base image/kernel used is v41.

v41 notably has better sound output on earphone port compared with previous stock ROM releases. As such, Volume+ enhancement is unnecessary and should be removed on the next X'Flare release (based on v41 stock kernel/base image).

Performance and battery-wise, early v41 adopters have reported as well to have improved battery and performance compared with v37 and v31 ROMs. But since v41 is relatively new, more observation is needed to validate these anecdotal enhancements.

Another reason to use v41 as the stock kernel/base image is that there is an OTA updater built-in to it. ryanrudolph, creator of HyperTurtle rom has managed to use this feature in his ROM. As such, this will also make the pushing of X'Flare rom updates to users easier.
