Flash it througH STOCK OR CWM recovery
(its like an update oNly to have better performance and smooth UI
It must be in the internal sd card

When you are on the recovery go to install zip from sd card
Choose the ROM
REBOOT
please have feedbacks for improvements and bugs to be reported.
