CM Flare S100 SIM not detected

Need help! Badly.

Salamat sa makakatulong.

Details:
CM Flare S100 ng kapatid ko problema. Upgrade sana from ICS to JB.
Win 7 64bit PC ko-mejo may problema sa drivers pero nagawan na ng paraan so di na issue kung nade-detect or hindi.
First try ko mag-upgrade ng AOSP at local brand since and phone ko ay SG S4 GT-i9505.
Pag-saksak sa PC lumabas Format disk. Unaware-trigger happy si tanga click lang ng OK.
Boom. Bricked. Deadboot.
Ilang oras ako nag-research finally, nag-ON na via TS EMMC.

Tas followed lang ng guide TS ng deadboot.
Flash ng BP Firmware.
Succ.
Flash ng AP Firmware.
Succ.
Okay naman na.
Wifi okay.
Kaso SIM Card not detected.

Research ulit.
IMEI Writing.
Succ.
Kaso hindi nag-o-auto-reboot yung phone.
Pero Pass lumalabas, kapag ni-read mo tama rin.
Edi reboot lang ako try ko kung gumana.
Wala pa rin.

Tried redoing the process to no avail.

Hindi na ako nakapag-roadkill kasi nga na-format.
Backup NVRAM - don't really know how this works.
Kapag sinusubukan ko kahit tama Port # laging Fail.

I did miss a procedure and I'm lacking a backup.

Di ako makakita ng thread sa forum regarding how to fix SIM errors.
Kahit downgrade from JB to ICS wala, hoping I could redo the process.

Yung IMEI SV n'ya kahit anong TS ang i-try ko 00 pa rin lumalabas tas di nadedetect SIM Card both slots.
Wala problema SIM Card gumagana before ko na-brick. Gumagana rin sa ibang celfone.

Salamat sa makakatulong, magbibigay ng instructions etc.!!!

flash mo lang ulit tapos repair mo imei.....sira ang nv file nyan kaya ganyan...restore mo nv galing sa ibang phone or nv back up tapos ang problema mo good luck

1. Install Tainyu HS-USB QRD 9025 port
to install just click start> my computer> properties> device manager>

2. Make sure phone is in USB DEBUGGING, MTP / USB Storage disabled.
3. Connect Flare to PC.
4. open Qualcomm_Modem_Tools_V1.1.2
5. Use Tainyu HS-USB QRD 9025 port number see image below

well mga ser nransan ko to now after ng ilang pag flash ko .
so may imie xa at detect ang sim pero no servise ang sim, gnwa ko nmn po ang pag restore ng bak.qcn (download lng sa iba kc wla din back up -sorry po tanga lang) gamit EMMC_Download v1.2.4 pero after reboot same pdin , No service. .so pno at ang gagwin ko or alterntive way kg pno mag ka signal uli flare s100 ko??? please po paramgamit ko ulit xa...
