Location: Pasay SM Moa Compound BLDG E
Position or Department: IT
Good Things: you can get along with the bosses and friendly (not all coz meron talaga laging kups sa bawat department), can learn a lot of experiences (work and personalities), can gain a lot friends dahil crowded dito, even from other departments, Good benefits (13th month, xmas bonus, SL and VL conversions, with cooperative savings (SLA), HMO, VL/SL 30days, Maternity/Paternity leaves, Bereavement, ITR)
Bad Things: Low Salary, Promotion is good but hindi fair, total work hours per day is 10.5, 1hr lunch and .5 snack for 5 days, madami na tanders dito so mejo mahirap pakisamahan

Gusto mong sabihin or ipayo sa iba na balak mag apply or pumasok dito: Siguro best lang to for startup or ground experience like for newly grad or binata at walang masyadong malaking responsibility sa family in terms of income, though sa tao pa rin naman talaga if matipid at magaling mag ipon, in my case hindi eh

Good Things: Maraming Incentives, paid leaves and OTs, no discrimination (Kahit Boss, Manager etc. tropa mo ) Every 2 weeks ang sahod ( maaga ng isang araw ang payout ), HMO, SL and VL conversion , 13 month, at higit sa lahat fast career growth!
Bad Things: Hmmmm ang masasabi ko lng dito ay • Night shift at • Mejo Toxic dahil sa Customer ahah

Position or Department: Remote Desktop Support Specialist (PROJECT BASED EMPLOYEE KA SA ACCENTURE BONI)
Good Things: Magandang training ground as IT entry level job. 150k HMO, SM gift certificates pag wala ka late at absent quarterly (Php 4,500) at Php 500 monthly kung wala rin late at absent. Madalas maaga magpa sweldo (na uuna pa kami sa regular accenture employees. Consistent ka lang sa mga output mo may chance ka i-absorb ng Accenture (medyo kailangan dilaan mo dila ng manager mo hihihi) at pinaka importante kahit papaano sa ACCENTURE ka nag work sa unang work exp mo hehehe.

Bad Things: Kay PPT ang bad things ay :

Mababa salary, ang tagal ng increase, mahirap kausap HR minsan pero minsan okay naman depende sa mood nila

Sa Accenture : May quota ka everyday mga 8-10 clients per day. Bad management (as in), Lipat lipat ka lagi ng project depende sa trip nung manager na kupal. Hehe.

Okay naman siyang training ground as in halos lahat ng mga umaalis sa amin mababalitaan mo talaga na um-okay ang bago nilang work. Bihira ka makarinig ng panget na puntahan kasi maganda talaga training ground yung project. Di lang okay siyempre agency ka so expect na mababa sweldo at matagal increase. Kaya best na gawin is magpa bibo ka para ma absorb ni Accenture after a year ng absorption pwede ka magpalipat ng department.

Pa list naman po dito names ng company na alam nyo nag pprovide ng HMO (Health card) for employee and dependents starting date of HIRE. Madami na kasi call center ngayon na nag bibigay HMO upon Regularization pa eh. Not like before, some comapnies I've been with nag pprovide agad ng HMO.

Sa Sykes madali trabaho pero mababa pay. TPG (Orchid) maselan client jan. Pag sa tech support ka need nila IT related degree mo sa school. Telstra naman alam ko bigayan is 27k all in.

Hindi kasi ako makahanap ng reviews sa web , so nagbabakasakali akong may tao dito na may intel regarding this company , specially those na mag wowork sa kanila. And also if baka may familliar rin sa inyu about sa work regarding as a Tm1 cognos developer, please enlighten me kung panu work nun.
