Anybody experiencing disconnection problem with converge? I lost my connection past 5pm today and as of this writing connection hasn't been restored yet. The LOS light is blinking red. All agents are busy so wasn't able to talk with customer service.
better to join in the converge fiber x group with 22k members in facebook, the admins there are active and they can tag converge agents to communicate with you directly. however, be discreet in posting in the page since the admins can just kick you without prior notice if you made spam or remarks against the service.
