Anybody experiencing disconnection problem with converge? I lost my connection past 5pm today and as of this writing connection hasn't been restored yet. The LOS light is blinking red. All agents are busy so wasn't able to talk with customer service.

better to join in the converge fiber x group with 22k members in facebook, the admins there are active and they can tag converge agents to communicate with you directly. however, be discreet in posting in the page since the admins can just kick you without prior notice if you made spam or remarks against the service.

Meron na sir sa pagkakaalam ko kasi magkalapit lang tayo. Sa may Balong-bato lang po ako. mag 1 year subscriber na po ako.

oks na pala yung problem ko sa billing... late lang pala magreflect si e-billing, more or less 7-8 days after the payment.

as of now sulit at stable parin yung speed after two weeks from date of installation.

Ayos naman converge namin, almost 4 months na nung na-install pero wala pa rin kaming na-e-experience na issue.

As of now wala namang problema sa gaming. Smooth siya sa Dota 2, LoL, or any other MMORPG games. Basta wag lang maintenance sa area niyo kundi medyo laggy kna nun. Khit mobile legends nkaka 5ms -30ms kahit marami kayo gumagamit.

Guys, pasensya na. 27 pages na po tayo. So medyo mahirap na mag-backread.

Isa lang po ang tanong ko.

Sa mga taga-PROJECT 8 BARANGAY SANGANDAAN QC. Meron po ba ditong subscriber at kukumustahin ko lang po ang connection nila.

Current skybroadband subscriber po ako. Matatapos ang contract namin this April 2019. So far, OK naman ang serbisyo on my end. Ang siste, mas sulit ang converge at mas mataas ang upload speed. Need ko kasi ng mataas din na upload speed because of the files I share over the internet sa trabaho.

I hope may makabasa nito na taga-dito and can provide some feedback.

Kung may agent din sana na pwedeng direktang makausap para kung dumating man ang April at magpapakabit na kami, may malalapitan sana para mas mapabilis ang proseso ng pagpapakabit.

Kakakabit lang po ng converge fiber x connection namin plan 1500. May isasangguni lang sana po ako sa inyo at sana may makasagot o makatulong...

1. Nasa 2nd floor po yung main modem/router (Huawei EG8245H5), puwede/posible po ba gamitan ng wifi extender or repeater ito kasi mahina na po ang wifi signal sa baba (1st floor)? Mayroon ba sa inyo naka-set up ng ganyan at paano niyo nagawa?

2. Kung hindi naman po puwede o hindi gagana ang wifi extender or repeater, ano po mai-susuggest niyo na solution?

Lahat po ng wifi, pwede gamitan ng wifi extender/repeater. I suggest you buy the one being sold by XIAOMI since it's cheaper and very easy to install.

XIAOMI WIFI REPEATER 2 (costs 399 pesos only), tapos bili mo na lang ng spare USB wall charger para lang sa kanya).

You just need to download the MI Home app. Then setup mo dun at i-connect mo yang wifi-repeater to the same wifi network.

Bagong Barrio area ko. For sure narinig mo na yung every hour disconnecting issue dito sa converge kung nagagawi ka sa ibang forums. Nagumpisa lang yan etong last January 2019. As in madidisconnect ka every hour kapag inorasan mo pero babalik agad connection in a matter of seconds. Sa ngayon laggy ang gameplay (playing 2k19 sa PS4) at ganun din ang nangyayari sa friend ko na nakaconverge din pero ibang area. Teammate kami sa game, same experience. Walang pinipiling games, (APEX, Tera, Red Dead 2) lahat yun madidisconnect ka sa game every hour or so. Sa mga nakakaexperience niyan ngayon, so far wala pang fix ang converge, for sure aware na din sila dito dahil inuulan na sila ng complains galing sa mga gamers. Kung streaming, youtube, browsing, walang problema, very stable. Sana maayos na eto ng converge ASAP.

5 months using Converge Project 6 QC area, wala pang down time eversince. Consistent speed sobrang kontento nako versus my old internet(globe)

I'm using Converge for barely 3 months and have experienced 2 downtime here in Cubao. Aside from that I'm happy about the speed especially coming from 3mbps PLDT Home DSL. There's one thing I'm curious and confuse about though and that is the speed test. How come when I use Globe, Smart, PLDT and Sky as server the ping is high (between 30ms to 140ms) and the download speed is less than 20 mbps while upload speed is less than 10 mbps BUT if I use other local servers the ping is always less than 5 while the upload and download speed is more than 24 mbps? Is that normal? Likewise, if I ping Converge ICT website I get 5ms but if ping PLDT, Globe and Smart website I get more than 30ms.
