Hello sir .. inquire lang po sana ako,
I.T po kasi ako sa company namin , network lang halos alam ko kasi like CCTV, WiFi, Firewall as in wala po ako idea sa programming but nakakaintindi naman po ako ,, We are looking for a web base payroll system .. May nagawa na po akong Timekeeping Request Form thru Google Forms for leaves, change shift etc.
What we want sana is yung payroll namin is ma-automize.
1. Magkaroon ng online viewing ung mga staff ng TIME IN/OUT, LEAVE BALANCE ( ung pede din sana makita ung mga naapprove na LEAVES/REQUEST ) , PAYSLIP.
2. Also request notifications sa mga approver then yung approver maglologin sa user account nila sa system para magapprove ng request.
eto ung mga resources na meron kami for now.
1. may core i5 8gb with apat na 1TB ung server namin. ( file server using FreeNas yun pa lang use)
2. 100mbps na Internet.
3. Fortinet Firewall Router.
startup pa lang yung company namin with 15-20 staffs at tight po kasi ang budget
