Mga Boss patulong nga po. Makakasuhan po ba kame nang Cyber Libel sa pagpost po namen nang ganito sa social media sa ginawa sa amin nung sinabihan nang manloloko? Makakasuhan na dn po this month nang estafa ung babaeng sinabihan nang manloloko dahil hindi tumupad sa mga pangako niya at sa arawna dapat na pagbayad niya ng utang. If it's proven to be a FALSE statement, subject ka for Cyber Libel. In-defense nya lang yan sa sarili nya since kinasuhan nyo na din naman sya ng ESTAFA. if ESTAFA is proven, mababasura lang yang Cyber Libel na ikinaso sa inyo. Kung paninirang puri lang naman at may katotohanan, mag fafall lang sya to ORAL DEFAMATION which totally useless dahil mababa lang ang parusa.

Section 4. Cybercrime Offenses. — The following acts constitute the offense of cybercrime punishable under this Act:

Cyber-squatting. – The acquisition of a domain name over the internet in bad faith to profit, mislead, destroy reputation, and deprive others from registering the same, if such a domain name is:

(i) Similar, identical, or confusingly similar to an existing trademark registered with the appropriate government agency at the time of the domain name registration:

(ii) Identical or in any way similar with the name of a person other than the registrant, in case of a personal name; and

(iii) Acquired without right or with intellectual property interests in it.
