mas okay po ba toh sa linux mint? tapos download na lang ng compiz.. para may ganung effects?? hehe baka kasi hindi na ito i-update ng mayri ng linux project na toh... baka mawalan na ng support..

TS pwedi po mag ask anu process or tools pwedi gamitin para ma install gamit ang USB, na try ko ng yung writer na binigay sa fb page ng cylon pero ayaw, dame ko na na try pero yaw talaga mag boot sa USB, tama naman pag set ko sa BIOS. First time ko to na maginstall ng LINUX based OS kaya di ako familiar sa mga tools na pwedi gamitin. Thanks in advance po.

pwede maupdate ito sir. supported ito until 2017.

alongside win 8 po ginamit mong method ng installation? di ko kasi magawa ung other partition.. :'( tsaka pag ibang partition ginamit ko.. di nya mabasa ung ibang driver ko sa win 8

Partition Your Drive:

Assuming that your computer comes with Windows installed, the first thing to do is to prepare your hard drive so Linux can occupy a partition of its own.
There are various partitioning tools you could use to divide up your hard drive, but you need nothing more than Windows’ own Disk Management utility. Press the Windows key + R simultaneously, type “diskmgmt.msc” and press Enter.

In the lower portion of the window, right click the drive you’d like to install Linux to – this will be your C: drive – and select Shrink Volume. When the details of the drive are displayed, use the arrow buttons to choose the size of the partition you would like to create and then click “Shrink”.

Of course, if you have a spare hard drive, there is no need to go through partition resizing and you can continue with the rest of the rest of the process.

Then Installing the LINUX, choose "something else" rather than along side win8, so you can choose the hard disk you shrink.

Ok naman na sana kaso wala naman sa boot menu yung Cylon Lenux, yung UNetBootin lang. Di ko talga ma gets. Well, salamat po, try ko yang new app.

Di ko lang magets yung sa insallation talaga hehe. Nakapasok naman ako sa Lve blah blah ba yun.

Mga kuyang gumagamit ng Linux HI!
Ask ko lang po may problem ako sa Cylon Linux 12.04 ko, pag oopen ng facebook.com sa alin mang browser ayaw minsan mag oopen nga pero napaka bagal hanggang home page lang at di maka messsage, wall to wall atbp. Pero pag ibang site napaka ayos naman at kapag sa windows based os naman ok naman ang facebook dun lang talaga sa linux ko what should i do? pnge naman po tip or tut dyan para maayos po. Salamat

anong ibig sabihin ng tanong mo sir? pedeng iinstall yan sa 32 bit at 64 bit supported na CPU........... Pero kung ang tanong mo ay kung may 64 bit version wala akong nakita sa site nila.
