di printer mo ang sira nyan boss.. format mu nlang ang unit mo cgurado mag print na yan...may problem sa mga DLL files nyan sa System kaya't di mag print either infected ng virus...Try mu nlang...

Corrupt registry lang yan... kung subukan mo mag change deault printer may error na lalabas.

open mo regedit.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Windows
tapos delete mo yung DEVICE na key...
dapat mo e delete.. para maayus na ulit yung problema

you may also convert your excel and power point file to pdf and open it to nitro pdf. try and tested..

full aces mu yan sir. mag edit ka pa nyan sa regestry..

Open Registry editor by typing REGEDIT in the RUN Prompt

Traverse to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

Right Click the Windows key and click Permissions…

Select Allow on Full Control permission and click OK

Close the Registry Editor and restart the machine.

sir same solution lang din ba pag di nag pprint ng buo sa excel? napuputol kase pag nag print preview...............................
