Error Epson L120 Series ink's pad.

Hello.

EPSON ERROR
"A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life.
Please contact Epson Support."

na reset ko na, pero still nalabas pa din yung error na ganyan.

Ano kaya yung kailangang gawin ko ?
 
sir baka ito ang kailangan mo gawin, try lang po natin.

Step 1:
Click initial setting.

Step 2:
Click "CHECK" button, then may magpop-up na message na model number ng L120 niyo, ex: TP3K95891.
Then type mo lang sa Product Serial na Box, then type mo din sa Re-input, tapos click mo young "PERFORM"
May magpop-up na 2-3 messages, "YES" and "OK" lang ang i-click mo.

"ATTENTION!!! mag EERROR talaga sa initial setting".
Then mag-waste inkpad reset kana.

Ayun!! solve na yan!!!

hi po!yan din po ang nangyari sa printer ko done na po ako magreset and ginawa ko na po yung initial setting and ink pad counter. but still notifying me that A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life...pahelp po..thanks

yung sakin po pag ginagamit n ung app nag not responding pano po kaya un... salamat po sa sagot

try mo i-boot yong windows na naka-disable yong "Driver Signature Enforcement" at gamitin mo yong app....
