Excel Counting help

Guys please help paano gawin ito sa excel.
Paano po macount yong kapareha na letters from C2 - H2 sa C1 - H1. Bale po each column po sya icheck, then yong total sa blue (B2) po.
Then lahat po sila individual rows po sana.
Picture below po.

Gawa ka nang helper table in an another sheet or tabi lang then hide mo lang sya after.
Sa helper table mo check if equals ang cell value sa headers with the logical return value of 1 otherwise 0.

=IF(C3=C$2,1,0)

Note:
'$' locks the row or column when being drag-copy.
