Good Day Po Sa Lahat..

Ako pala si Joed 22, Nakaraang taon ng disyembre na aksidente po ako, binangga ng kotse na nag dulot ng bone fracture sa kanan tuhod at naoperahan at nalagyan ng metal plate ... dalawang buwan na pong nakalipas..

naisipan ko po kung may mga paraan para mag lose weight since kailangan ko po talaga gawin dahil medyo overweight po 85 kilos ako at makakatulong ang pag lose ng weight sa pag recover pag ako po ay nag simula na mag therapy sa paglalakad

nais ko po humingi ng tulong sa inyong lahat tungkol sa mga possible and safe na exercise na di ko po maxado ma prepressure ang aking kanang paa..

as of now po puro arm exercise lng po ginagawa ko para po makapag saklay ng ayos.. salamat po sa mag bibigay ng kanilang opinyon at payo..
 
80% diet 20% workout. mas mag focus ka nalang muna sa diet lalo't may injury kpa at gusto mo mag lose ng weight.
 
^I agree..actually kung gusto mo mag loose weight since medyo sedentary ang life mo atm try mo at google ang mga sumusunod na diets:

*grapre fruit diet- it's a 12 day diet program used for people with heart condition before undergoing a heart bypass
*general motors diet

it will help you loose weight within a short period of time
 
Ganun po pala.. Sige po try ko po gawin un mga suggestion nyo.. but in my case po kasi medyo limited ung budget. kaya po nag come up ako kung maaring through work out nlang..

Pero salamt po sa mga sumagot.. malaking tulong na to para sakin..
 
^yong general motors diet sobrang convenient lang niyan at di magastos ..google mo nalang
