this will be my review on Filproduct Cable and Internet service.

Nasa work ako nag text father ko sakin kasi sya yung kinontact ng filproduct kasi sa kanya naka pangalan yung account.yung sabi my fiber cut daw at undetermined kung kelan talaga babalik ang connection. Langya!

July 23, 2015
5pm pagdating ko ng bahay link down ang wan status ng internet. Unfortunately 5pm labasan din ng mga emplyees ng filproducts. Sinubukan ko icontact laging unattended. Nag ring minsan pero walang sumasagot. Frustrating ang customer service ng filproduct.

Bumalik na yung internet kaso nung tinanong ko yung agent kung meron bang adjustment sa bill namin dahil 4 days nawala yung net, hindi na sumagot sa text ko.

May 9 10am
Lagi nang link down ang wan status sa modem. No browse. Nag report ako sa opisina nila pero wala silang nagawa. Hanggang ngayon wala padi. Wala pang isang buwan ganito na ang service nila. And sama pa ng customer service.

April 21, finally nakabit na yung net. eto ang speedtest

ang di ko lang maintindihan since wala ako nung kinabit siya, bakit na charge pa kami ng P350 eh paid na kami ng P2000 sa installation. kesyo para daw sa kwarto ko... i will clarify this to them once maka usap ko na sila.


April 6 nagpakabit kami sa kanila ng service nato. Plan 1199. 100+ channels sa cable and 1MBPS sa net..
April 7 una kinabit yung cable. pero prior to our application my survey muna na ginawa kun availabe na din ba ang internet service sa area namin. i received a text from them na available na an internet sa area namin. kaya agad agad ako nag pakabit..
April 10 wala pading pumupunta sa amin para mag kabit ng net. i am concerned kung pano ang billing kasi start na ng service ng cable pero sa net wala pa eh bayad nakami ng 1 month service. so first impression sa service di na maganda.. and ang customer service hindi pa nag tetext.. kaya medyo nakaka inis..

i will be updating this post pag nakabitan na kami ng net..


good day mga ka sb. ask lang kung sino may experience with Filproduct's cable and internet service?? advisable ba ang internet service nila? currently hindi pa daw available sa area namin yung internet kasi bago lang yung service samin... interested ako sa basic package nila na 1MBPS w/ 100 cabletv channels for P1199. i heard they are using fiber optic connection, they are also partnered with PLDT on this sabi nung kakilala ko...

Boss mayda internet ngayan it filproducts? ma try ko daw ito :)

yup myda na. almost one year na ko subscriber. so far ok naman. sama lang talaga kasi pag down sila, wala kang refund. mga less than a week lang naman yung maximum downlink nila.hehe
