IMO :
The whole specification is not bad for its price.
But considering its release, this one's outdated.
RAM and Processor's core & speed is on balance, making it's performance good.
Battery Life is measly 2000mAh compare to its competitors.
Consider buying this if you are a MyPhone Fan, low on cash but still want a phone with a nice specification.
This one is for you.

IMO :
This one's for Selfie-lords and Techy-savages alike.
It has a nice 18mp bsi rear and 8mp cam front. Selfie all you like!
Dragontail glass are nice too. Guaranteed scratch resistant. (But still prone to breakage if dropped.)
It has an octa-core processor so expect lightning fast processing speed matching with its 2Gb RAM.
Battery is also meh, but considering the RAM and processor. You can't complain. I don't think you'll drain battery fast anyway.
This one's deserves lot for its price.

IMO :
This one's a rival for CM Cosmos Z2, its specs is quite of those imported brand phones, its design? Premium.
Just looking at it makes me wanna buy it, well that's just me.
Specs? Almost same with CM's flagship, with the exception of one thing...
What really makes you wanna buy it than CM's flagship is the featured Yamaha Speakers, if that doesn't get you an eargasm, I don't know what else's pleases you.

One thing I'd say about this device, you'll buy it for its battery life!
I don't like its design, but again, that's just me. I like my phone to be..premium-looking (just look above phones)
For its price, specifications are pretty, meh. 1.2ghz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM is sooo 2013!
Cloudfone, why u no update?

Some facts that worth noting about picking the right phone for you :

More Battery = More Efficiency
Not necessarily. Say your battery is 4000mAh. Wow big deal, but your RAM is only 512mb and a dual core processor.
It's much wise to buy a phone with a decent processor and RAM size than a high battery capacity.
Battery life also depends on performance. Performance depends on RAM and Processor.

Is this phone really what I need?

For Normal User with the budget :
If you are a user with a little money, you can skip these local brands and buy something "Branded" like Samsung or Sony Xperia.

For Normal User with a little low on cash :
If these phones doesn't fit for your budget there are always something much cheaper, less performing android phones.
But it doesn't mean they're not capable of fitting your needs.

For Enthusiast :
If you are an enthusiast, I'm pretty sure you like "Selfies", pick a phone with a decent rear camera and a not so bad front camera.
At the same time, at least dual core processor, 1GB RAM, and 1500mAh battery.

For Gamers :
Combination of RAM, Battery, Cores & Multi-touch Support.

An android phone with 1GB RAM, 2000mAh battery and QuadCore Processor but with only 2-point touch support isn't a good gaming phone.
Pick a phone with atleast 5-point multi touch and 1GB RAM.

Is rooting for everyone?
A lot of people wants their phone rooted, is it really necessary?
The answer is NO, rooting is recommended for those who really know what they're doing.
If you are new to android it is highly recommended not to root your android phone, yet.
If you want to root your phone just because you want to change the looks of your phone, there's always another way for it.
This same goes with a Custom ROM, it's not recommended for everyone, as it may result to a "Brick".

Is Local Brands is as good as Imported brands?
Local Brands aren't exactly "Local Brands", wala pa ko nababalitaang Android Phone na gawa talaga mismo dito sa Pinas or even gawa ng Pinoy. They are Re-brand from another company, mostly these manufacturers are from India. Cherry Mobile, StarMobile and MyPhone. For all I know, Cloudfone is a rebrand of Huawei. So technically, these Local Brands are also Imported.
I believe people call known brands as imported brands.

Local Brand vs. Imported Brand

Specifications : You can't complain here, in technical specification, they are the same.
Quality : Top-notch products are best at quality, so I'd say Imported Brands has better quality.
Price : Obviously Imported Products are much expensive, you are not just buying the product, you are also buying its brand name.
