Here:
assuming your wifi adapater is wlan0:

ifconfig wlan0 down
iw reg set BO (if BO does not work try BZ)
iwconfig wlan0 txpower 30
ifconfig wlan0 up

To check if output power has changed use:
iwconfig

(it should show Tx-Power=30dBm)

Note:
Doing this may cause your adapter to overheat. It would be better if you have a high gain antenna rather than doing this.

this didn't work for me. i have Alfa awus036nha and tp link wn722n, any idea?

nakuha ko na from 20 to 30 kaso pag restart ko balik to 20 ulit parang wala naman pinag bago sa signal after set sa 30

The chipset of TP-link wn772n does not support an increase in output power. As for Alfa awus036nha, i have no idea if it supports it. As for your setup, theoretically this is plausible. May i ask what are you trying to accomplish?..

yes, it will return to its default settings if you restart your system.
As for the range it will Slightly increase your range.

20dbm -> 100mw
30 dbm -> 1W

Since nasa fluxion tayo, im trying to increase the signal of my fake AP stronger than the original AP. So technically, increasing my wifi range.

Appropriate bang gamitan ng wifi booster/amplifier?

Your setup should probably work.
My only worry is you may not be able to receive the reply of the clients. You may increase you broadcast range but im not sure about the receiving range. (Depending on your wireless adapter receiver sensitivity)
Best way is to try it.
Your experiment is quite interesting, can you please update me if you are successful?..thank you..

ibig po ba sabihin range lang ang mag expand pero yung sagap niya same parin wala kasi akong nakitang pag babago after set to 30

If you want a better transmit/receive range use a directional antenna. Also use a wireless adapter with good sensitivity.

okay tol kung yun tlwn722n sa lazada meron pang isa bilisan mong magbuy kasi yan ang gamit ko talagang okay naman siya sa pagsniff ng packts kahit mahina ang signal basta consistent lang ang signal.....around 700 pesos yan sa lazada at 100mW lang ang txpower ng wifi card so need mo pa ng external antenna or puwede naman yung stock rubberduckie antenna niya.....

di pa ako nakakabili ng ganyan pero maganda klase din yan about 500mw yan so mas okay siya nasa sayo na yan kung maybudget ka kasi yung subok na sa review na tlwn722n eh may function na puwede ka magadd ng external dipole antenna or kahit modded pa..

ganon din sakin hirap pumasok pag may certificate issue rejector block lang ng browser at anti virus ang fake login pero sa 64 bit ko na kali walang ganyang issue

okie na rin yan tol walang problema, pero may 4 dbi dipole antenna na included sa tlwn722n puwede puwede na yun modded mo na lang ng diy windsurfer ito yung pdf link at tutorial

nahihirapan yata tong adapter ko kapag sa ibang wifi. dun sa wifi list ang nakalagay sa PWR puro mga 3% lang naman. ano ba kelangan para makaconnect sila sa pa-in ko
