Gcash problem, no notification after buying garena in game credits

Pa help naman po Mga idol bka may nka experience na sa inyo na gimamit ng Gcash. Last two days nag load ako ng 1k then mag topup sana ako sa garena, itry using game credit sa gcash and pay 500, pero walang notifications na dumating sa gcash or sa celphone di ko alam sana napunta ung 500 pesos ko huhuhu..
