need mo 10k sa bpi or 15k sa security bank
mne security bank..
then punta k any bank mlpt sa inyo magbukas k ng SECURED CARD..
Dala k pla id any govt id.

after a year meron nko madaming cards then sabi ko sasecurity bank cs i close ko n ang credit card ko sa knila..kinuha ko n yung 15k sa counter nila ..
guess what after 3 days pag check ko ng cc ko ang limit nya is 75k n ..hini n 12k....

Citi rewards card lang kasi palagi kong gamit.
Fyi po sa iba, pede po kayong magpa cancel ng card thru their chat service online.
Then someone will call you to verify the cancellation.

By using CITIPayAll.
You just need to send 20k sa bank account ng kakilala mo, tagging it as "payment" for something.
Once na mareceive na ng kakilala mo yung payment, they can send it back to you thru bank transfer.
If nareceive mo na yung payment, you may now pay your credit card back.
Di ka gumastos ng khit piso. And nagka rewards ka pa dahil sa pagsend ng 20k as "payment". Na achieve mo pa yung 20k spend to get no annual fee for life.
This is illegal and may ban you ng CC though, if mahuli ka.
