Summary:

The story focuses on an eccentric samurai, Gintoki Sakata, his (partial) apprentice Shinpachi Shimura, and a teenage alien girl who's from one of the strongest races in existence: yato. All three are "freelancers" known as the Yorozuya. They search for work in order to pay the monthly rent, which usually goes unpaid anyway. The story takes place in the Edo Period, but instead of the Europeans invading in the late 1860s they are invaded by aliens, which they call Amanto.The blend of comedic and serious arcs along with heavy doses of genre deconstruction, lovable characters, and the author's penchant for bringing the mundane into the realms of insanity makes this a highly addictive, MUST-read.

The official website for the Gintama: Shinyaku Benizakura-hen (Gintama: Benizakura Arc — A New Retelling) anime movie has opened on Monday and confirmed the film's 2010 opening date in Japan. Sunrise's film adaptation of Hideaki Sorachi's Gintama alternate-history gag manga will debut during Golden Week, the string of holidays that stretches from the end of April through the first week of May. As the title implies, the film will depict a new version of the popular Benizakura story arc from the television anime series.

What would have happened if the Shiroyasha never existed? Edo is thrown to chaos by a mysterious cause. Sakata Gintoki, now lives in a world where the future has changed, without him. What has happened to the Yorozuya? Gintoki, who is now a ghost of the past, must once again carry the burden in order to save his friends. He must finish the biggest job ever, which may be the final job of Yorozuya.

wala pa ung laban nila sir haha pero ang pakiramdam ko magiging magkakampe sila sa bandang huli kasi ganun naging kwento ni takasuge sa totoong kuwento .. based on totoong tao sila diba haha

yung iba kasi comedyblang gusto o action pero kapag pinanood mo lahat maganda story nya,
dapat si hijikita ang bida kaso pinalitan ni gin,

Napapanood ko sya sa Hero dati kala ko comedy lang pero na hook ako nung benizakura arc nung pinakita past nila gintoki at mga joui. Ayun dun ko sya sinubaybayan.kahit walang storyline astig naman ung mga arcs sa umpisa comedy biglang magiging serious at makabag damdamin. Dun ko na appreciate ang gintama. Katatapos ko lang ng ketsuno ana arc. Kaso mukhang stop muna anime neto. Hahabulin ko na lang sa manga.

tapusin mo muna yung anime sir up to the latest para pwede mo nang ihabol yung manga .. omnyoji arc ( ketsuno ana arc ) ang huling arc ng season 4 tapos season 5 na siguro 8 arcs ata yun ( 50 episodes ) tapos season 6 na may 3 serious arcs ( 13 episodes )
